 Anonymous Topics: 120 Replies: 853 Rank: Newbie | This is my little secret. When I was still in college, I had found a bundle of money on the street. It wasn’t that large amount but there is no one out there. I had also waited for about a long time. Since there is no identification information to look for someone or somebody, I decided to keep and slid into my pocket. Don’t judge me for doing it. I think I have in good conscience for having certain amount of money. Have you ever experienced this?

| I have picked up a few Euros here and there on the streets (mostly coins, LOL!) but I think it is tricky to return money – not unless it’s inside the wallet with IDs and stuff. I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” so long as you tried to see means how to return it. In a way, even if you report it to lost and found, there’s no way to track the owner, too. | |

| This is something very rare nowadays. Long time you would hear that someone picked up some money on the streets because th3 money was available. Those days ar3 long gone. Nowadays everyone is complaining about being broke and hoping that someone would sort them out with some money. Anyway I have never been that lucky maybe just a few shillings along the way. Even if it would be a lot of money I think I would be scared of picking it coz it could be a trap from someone. I think I would just pass by it as much as I would love to pick it up. | |

| @Shavkat, I aways found money in the past.One time, I forgot my money and no money to spend in going back home. I prayed so hard to find money at least good enough for my fare in going home.Then, when I arrived on the corner, I alighted from the jeeney and while aligting, my eyes saw money good enough for my fare P100 pesos hehehehe. I wonder why it was not wet despite raining that early morning. I was not so sure if that money is true, so I dropped by in a pharmacy and asked my friend in charged there to check the money if fake.It was not fake.I was so thankful to God. I am so ashamed to borrow money for my fare. Another instance, I found P500 pesos and that time I was going to Cebu to light some candles to the Catholic church where St. Nino is the Patron saint. There were 6 of us going there and my family charged me to treat them for a breakfast in Jolibee when arrived in Cebu. I was so sad my money was lacking some pesos for Jolibee for my family’s breakfast, then while riding on a jeepney back home form church, someone told me that my P500 fell on my feet. I said thank you forgetting about ownership of the money.Nobody claimed inside the jeep, so that was given to me as answer to my prayer. God is truly a loving God.I owe many good things to Him. I love the Lord. Thanks for sharing this, it awakened my past . I was a new teacher that time, young and sweet,LOL. | |

I never felt so desperate whenever I am almost empty handed. The reason, there is always some people out there who shared how to make money online. Writing sites are one of them. By the way, thanks for sharing the site not long time before. |
| @Shavkat, Thanks my friend. Yes true, God is a great provider and He always has a plan for us.He knows what is best for us. By the way, may I know the update of your application at that site. Did you apply? Have you started to write in there? I also recommended another site good only for the Americans, buy so sad my friend also a writer here told me that the site Contena is charging the writer some dollars before they be allowed to write. There are so many writers at Contena maybe they have surplus capital. My friend @evilelf won’t proceed and prefers to stay away from the site named Contena. I applied there but was told Philippines is still under process and after are true, I am the first they will hire. | |

I will try as a back up if ever planning to stop teaching online. I anticipate it will burn all my time in writing. Thus, I might not meet their requirements. I must say it is a hardcore for real writers. |
| @Shavkat, Oh, I see. Just try next time friend. This time, it is hard for you not to focus on your teaching on line. You are facing with real people wanting knowledge and education. Who knows there is a time you would decide to set aside teaching which is impossible for I know your income in teaching online with foreign children is big. Prioritize what is in your life now that gives you something nice and that is teaching on line. Like me, I cannot focus on other sites that require 24/ 7 attendance.Better here, in Ml and MK where we are free to do full time or not, hehehehe.Thumbs up! | |

However, it takes a matter of choosing the practical side first. Besides, I can’t leave my mother after the death of her husband. However, I am still open to get back on track working in the community under the umbrella of an international NGO. |
| I was once low on cash and needed gas. I stopped at the gas station to use the last bit of money I had on gas. I saw something on the ground that I thought was $1 a bill. I picked it up. I opened it since it was folded and it turned out to be 2 one hundred dollar bills. It was like someone knew I needed the money. I kept the money and went bought some groceries with it. We needed it. I was so happy I found it. The kids were even happy. | |

| @Shavkat, at least there is another option you had in mind once you no longer like to work on line full time. Just compare which one gives you better income so that you will be happy and inspired the time you are in that final decision. It is not easy to decide right away,It takes months even years. It is not easy to deal some frustrations in case decision is so abrupt. Let us all hope for a better future so there will be total happiness.Have a nice weekend.
