College is extremely important for people who want to succeed in life. In college you have access to a plethora of educational resources. College is the place where you can find books to borrow and where new friendships are born. College is also great because it offers increased chances of employment.
I think that one of the biggest issues that developing countries have is in direct relation with the overall quality and quantity of education. People who live in the developing world do not afford to go to college and this can create a lot of problems for them as they lack the proper education and training which is necessary for success.
I consider myself to be a hard working student as I am now ready to get my second bachelors degree and I must admit the fact that I do not regret my decision. I do not regret the fact that I have the chance to learn more about the world. I am confident that the things that I learn will prove to be of extreme value for me in the near future.
I think that people make a mistake when they say that college is not good enough in order to succeed in life. The biggest mistake is in relation to the overall quality of the college because a lot of institutions from the developing world do not have the necessary resources that students request. A lot of colleges that are situated in third world countries do not have proper books and they suffer from a huge lack of funding.
All in all, I think that the traditional educational system that we have now is not the best in the world but this system that we have was able to create all the technological miracles that we now enjoy and we need to do our best in order to fund this system so that future generations can enjoy the things that we already enjoy right now.

Successful college students are independent learners, and successful learning in College Now courses begins with a strong curriculum. Clearly articulated learning goals connected to coordinated formative and summative assessments allow students to reflect on their learning and academic achievement.
Thoughtful scaffolding and sequencing of assignments supports the rigorous learning opportunities provided by College Now activities.
Many College Now courses and activities take place on the college campus. If not, we encourage our instructors to incorporate arts programming, college library activities, or college campus tours to enable students to experience college activities outside the traditional classroom, even in classes designated as ‘high school courses’ or workshops.
For many students, particularly those who do not have a family history of college attendance, actual campus visits are an important part of the college preparation process.
