What Tools Every Blogger Should Own

I think many bloggers try to keep things minimal. And that is how it should be. And by making things minimal, it helps to reduce the cost. Also it helps to understand where we are not wasting the money. That being said, there are some things that every blogger should own. Because some things are going to save your time. And some of the time things such as that is also going to make you more productive. I have found that owning the below things definitely helps with the time saving. And if you get the broader view then surley it can help with the cost cutting as well. So let’s take a look at some of the things that can save your time.

IFTTT or Zapier

You can automate a lot of tasks that you have on blog. For example, let’s just say you want to automate your blog to twitter link posting. You can do that by using IFTTT and zapier. It can save enough of your hours. And it can also help with the automation. I know plenty of tasks I can automate for other people. The reason I choose automation is because all of us have very limited time out there. And doing the automation is the only way to make things easier. I know for sure that bloggers to have limitations with their time. And unless they do the automation, they can’t earn regular money.

HooteSuite

This is another software in which I invest time. The reason being this software allows you to save time by automating things. You can get all the headlines and tools. But if you don’t have enough time to automate it, then it becomes big task. So I suggest using the hootesuite for the automation. if you don’t like hootesuite, you can go for buffer, social pilot and few other tools. This way you can easily save on lot of costs. You can find many other alternative software like hootesuite, but I personally suggest using hootesuite. There is a free plan. And also other plans also cheap enough to get you started. But it may require some learning time.

Canva

This tool is not replacable for me. I use this for making youtube thumbnails. I also use this tool for making some good graphic art. And also some of the time, there are random flyers and other art that I can make with it. Canva makes it really easy to manage the design. I am sure there are other alternatives like say picmoneky too. But I find canva comfortable as well. That being said, there are some of the apps that require a lot of tweaking. And in time that may take some time for you to learn though. But for freelancers and the VA, this can be really good option to learn the skills for graphics using the canva.
