Well-being increases human mental and physiological potential.

When I was little I liked to play that I am a hero with super powers and I am living in my created reality. In fact, now I am thinking similarly. When I grew up I realized that I always wanted to be better than I was: faster, more agile, more ambitious, get better grades. So now I am obsessed with the methods and practice how to improve my body and mind.

My life can be divided into separate turning points. First point happened when I went to study. Then I realized clearly that everything is possible, if only enough to want and try to. After implemented this goal I soon raised the question – what really worth it to want? The second point was when I read the book “Attention transitions” and got the tools, which could change my mind. The third – when I realized that in life I move fast forward only when I feel good. The well-being has increased motivation and productivity. I wondered what I have to do that would feel good for more hours daily.

I even did not realize that this issue will form new, dramatically different life goals. To achieve any life’s goals is needed universal skills such as high productivity, stress management, good memory, ideas generation and creative thinking, motivation, stubbornness and will.

It goes without saying that they rise of our mind. However, the truth is that it is impossible to convince yourself to learn well, to work productively, make the right choices, and create something unique. Also, these features are not unique talents we are born with. These are skills that can be constantly improved. However, the basis for all that is well-functioning body. Everything within us is connected, the body and the mind is a set of systems. The stronger the individual systems, the more efficient are running the whole – man. Therefore, the physical body is proportional to the mental capacity of the brain. Well-being is the state in which a person can achieve any of his goals in life, also to live a long and healthy life.
