Unemployment is a major problem all over the world and in most of the countries as in Pakistan, India but in the under devilment countries this problem is sever as in Pakistan and Hindustan and other poor countries. It cause loses of income and increases expenditure and thus the poor people turn to negative sides as terrorism, selling chastity, theft and killing becomes common in the whole country,
The main cause of unemployment is poor political structure and economic structure because of this the educated people cannot get service of the government but the person who has politically strong there is no problem for him to get service in any department of government sector.
I think, the problem of unemployment must resolved on the emergency basis because the youths are turning to negative side that is why criminal jobs are being done by the youths on handsome salary as drug business and terrorism all over the world is due to this problem. But political leaders are doing nothing in this matter all over the world.
When we say that there is unemployment in any country; it means in a place or country people cannot get jobs on the basis of education or merit. It is called unemployment. At least in Pakistan there more than fifty lakh people who are unemployed and with the passage of time their ratio is increasing day by day not only in Pakistan but also in the whole world.
In the broader sense, unemployment is a social evil and the responsible persons are those who are the country with bad policies and their ruling ministers are emotions. Here Tolstoy says, “You, abolish poverty and evil will disappear automatically.”
To feed their families educated and non-educated people have make crimes and suicide. On the other hand, educated women are selling their chastity for the sake of family and children. Young girls have fallen prey to physical corruption and some are selling their body parts.
Its responsible persons are the corrupt politicians of our country. Because our politicians create political instability in the country and its result appears in the shape of unemployment. Foreign investors are ready to spend their money in such condition. Foreign loans are spent for their personal comforts and public are ignored knowingly.
There are four causes of unemployment in Pakistan. First our educational system is not running well and students pass examination on the ground of cramming. Secondly, our country is not advanced in industrial field. The farmers are working with old instruments in the fields. Thirdly, all key posts are under the control capitalists and industrialists. The deserving cannot get their right at any cost. Fourthly, wrong system of family planning thus birth rate is increasing day by day and death rate is decreasing, jobs are a few and people are more and its result is unemployment.
To eradicate unemployment from the country The Government of Pakistan has introduced several schemes to the people; Yellow Cape Scheme, People Programmes, Interest Free Loan Scheme but all failed badly due to wrong planning and corrupt supervision.
On one side schools and colleges are being opened but there is no job for an educated people. The rich are getting their seats on the basis of bribery.

The Government of Pakistan must eradicate unemployment from Pakistan as soon as possible. So that peace and calm restore in the country. For this purpose, make employment pacts with foreign countries, new factories were established,
To sum up, partialism, nepotism, jobbery, bribery and corruption must be crushed with iron hands. Sincere highly qualified persons must be employed to serve the country. Otherwise Russian and French type revolution will appear on the surface of Pakistan. As a result, all capitalists and industrials and bureaucrats will be handed on every city corner.

While I agree with most of the problems addressed by you in the article. It is better we the common people find a way to solve the issue on our own the best way to generate wealth is to do something which is in our own hands and big decisions can be taken only by big ticket politicians. Unfortunately majority of these political characters come to warm the chair and would not want to leave their seat of power. Unless he thinks about the country and its people. Even if would want to, the people who would have brought him to power would not want him to take harsh measures as it effects them. The leader has to be very strong and people have to rally behind him. Individuals who have specific skill sets should be doing activity in which income is generated. When wealth is generated, it leads to enterprise and slow growth of enterprises into larger units over a period of time. Change does take place but it has to be hastened by individuals who love their country and its people.
The detailed information is so striking. The truth behind the real situation of a country described accurately. That's the real setting of my country. Employment is one of the problem here. However, the newly elected president keeps on bragging his anti-drugs crusade. He is so self-centered in implementing his rules. The termination of illegal drugs seem realistic but it should be done in appropriate interventions.
A friend of mine keeps on ranting against the president, I can't blame her. Despite having some bashers in the network, she doesn't care because it is her freedom to say things. I might have bashers if they read this epistle of mine. Frankly speaking,I don't care. It is my own discretion to know what's wrong and right. I do not pretend there's wrong happening in my country. Illegal drugs are not the only dilemma in the Philippines. The political leaders should know this from the very start of being in his or her position. My country is like a circus and even other nations are shocked of what's going in the Philippines at present.
