Most teens, working ladies and middle age mums alike me,
do feel period cramps once in a while or almost every month.
The question is ” Is experiencing period pain a normal phase
for each woman?”
Honestly, the answer is “NO”
If period pain is a normal phase, then every woman would
had hated being a female right from the day she was born!
Not all women would suffer from period cramps or pains
even though it is a common weaning problem for each of us
every month.
According to medical terms, there are two reasons for period
pains:
A persistent pain that is long and produces a sharp pain at
the pelvic area
The pelvic area is bloated with congestion of blood and poor
blood circulation.
The period pain is sharp and cramping on and off
The pain begins a short time at the early stage of the period
flow when it is brownish discharge.
This is often related to unstable hormones, prostaglandin
and nervous feeling.
Prostaglandin function as inflammation, blood flow, blood
clots ( period pains ) and induction of labor pains.
If you had been experiencing extremely sharp painful
cramps and heavy blood loss, you should seek doctor’s
advice instead of gulping down pain killers.
This pain will not reduce until you had seek treatment
because there are many possibilities of causes that had lead
monthly period pains.
Ovarian cyst, uterine fibroid or endometriosis , just to name
a few.
carbohydrates, protein, fresh vegetable salads, fruits and
green leafy vegetables.
meats.
constipation problems. Fruits, vegetables, corns, are packed
with fibre which help you to have easy and smooth bowel
movements.
Remember that constipation also increases the period pain
especially when you try to push out the harden stool.
It will cause more bleeding!

Marriage and producing a child thereafter seems to be the solution for period pains. I have not seen anyone suffering from this got rid of it by any other means.
Oh, I am so glad not to suffer any more even if I hate getting older. One tip I can add. Get onto all fours. It helps with IBS pain too.
I always feel the pain in the pelvic area whenever my monthly period starts thats why I am being moody when the time of the month comes. It's really uncomfy specially when Im in school and I have no choice but to act normally
I am so lucky I am healthy. I do not feel anything on my body. The only disgusting feeling is when I am so hungry, but this time I bring foods , so automatic when hungry eat right away heheheheh.
I never felt of these signs and symptoms. It is obviously that I am a guy. I think this kind of topic should be limited to women only. Since men should be aware of this kind of crampy pain before, during and after menstrual period.
@Shavkat do you believe that it is proven fact that man also go through disturbed mental stat for three days every month and even feel certain hormonal changes in their body. Some of them pass through may similar symptoms akin to women folk minus the discharge of course.
Actually, there are numerous experts who say women can and should have sex during their period if they want to. Having an orgasm may help to alleviate the cramps and can also help to end the period sooner. Many women report that intercourse helps them feel fewer PMS symptoms and depression, and it either eliminates or moderates the cramps.
