store wi-fi a challenge today

Today I took my lap top to the book store to do some work instead of waiting for 9.30 pm to do my work. I had one problem trying to get the book store wi-fi from hooking up
so I turn my lap top off went to my phone and see if wi-fi was working on phone yes it was working on phone. so I turn my lap top on I have three browser, Opera, internee, and fire fox. for some reason the lap top could not connect with internet browser or the opera browser I have no idea why I have the same problem with the phone for my phone to hook on the store wi-fi I have to go to the dolphin browser or photon browser. I all ways make sure I have more then one browser on my phone the past week the goggle chrome keeps crashing . So I am on dolphin more then the goggle chrome on the phone . I will not use goggle chrome on the lap top. Why? last time I loaded the goolge chrome I got some much ad ware it all most mess my lap top up and that when I bought my lap top. But I rally like to know why it take so long for me to get connected to the store wi-fi .If I have to use store wi-fi and the book store does not work I can go to mcdonlas or burger king. but there I can not stay long . I have no problems do wi-fi at star bucks. or target star buck. Here a place I rally do not want to go to is were I work yes they have free wi-fi to. I just do not want to be at my job that early but as I all way say there a solution for every problem even if you do not like it. So my job location is a solution for a place if I have to use it.
