Are you afraid of other people
Isn’t it ironic that when you are in a very foul mood, you will still try your very best to keep your cool when you meet your clients, colleagues and your BOSS?

You will not show your adult temper towards the cashier of a supermarket or the waiter serving you in a restaurant.
Why?
An adult temper is often associated with:
When you are angry with the current situation that is undesirable, leave the location immediately before you start lashing hurtful words at your loved ones.
This may be hard but it is wise to keep your hurtful words aside and start solving the problems with your solutions. Instruct them what to do and make sure they perform the task immediately without delay.
When you going to explode those hurtful words, stop yourself, shut your mouth, take a deep breath and exhale. You will feel better. Close your eyes for a few minutes. When you are closing your eyes, your loved ones know that you are trying to reduce your temper. That is a signal to tell them to stop the nonsense and don’t test your patience.
Try to sort out the words carefully before you speak. Some hurtful words are not meant to be spoken even the situation turned upside down. Do not use threatening words which is often the biggest mistake.

take a deep breath and listen before I decide whether to talk or not.
Sometimes walking away is the best solution to stop yourself from saying hurtful words.
Otherwise, just mumble to yourself with those hurtful words AWAY from them.
