What do you do when you are sad? It is normal to express emotions. All human beings were sometimes or are at the moment sad. It is an inevitable situation that most of us face it every day. But the thing is that everyone handles it differently. The real question is how do YOU handle sadness?
Well, it depends if it’s a love-related sadness, or a very dear person of you just passed away? You got fired from your loving job because the boss is a douche-bag? You are depressed because you are broke and you can’t finance your family throughout the month? I could go on and make a whole list of reasons to be sad, but whatever it is you are just sad?
Well for such situations it is always good to have a dear friend that you are open with, that can listen you and you should express your emotions to him. It’s a fact that grieving together with someone kills the pain faster than grieving alone. Because it is always good to have someone hear you, if the problem is solvable, then you can get a mild advice from your dear friend.
Second way to reduce your sorrow is to go somewhere, climb on a high place (either mountain or hill) anything that is a rural area, make sure there are not people around and scream. Scream as long as your throat holds you. Let it out, you are clearing yourself by doing that. Just make sure you are doing it where there are not people around or otherwise they would call the psychiatric hospital to take you away lol.
And don’t forget one last thing that everyone has problems. No human being is living in a Disney world. Some people might be richer than others, some people drive a Ferrari while others ride a bicycle, but the point in life is to never give up and be motivated. Because remember, there is always a brighter tomorrow, and everyone has problems but it all depends on you how you handle it
