The world is filled with people who are so determined to make sure that certain people fail. Yes, one will have to fight, not literally fight but spiritually fight. No one should be a pushover and allow anyone to take what they’ve worked for. Too many people fall prey to believing that they’re able to conquer without God’s help. No way can anyone get through life and not need the Living God and it doesn’t matter how much one says that they’re not believers. In the world we live in. We must stay alert because on every end there’s someone waiting to take our places. People become too fearful living their own purpose so they’ll get caught up with trying to live another person’s dreams.
We’re all individuals and must live our own lives. In the pursuit to trying to obtain something. People can become consumed with evil and if one isn’t spiritually prepared then they’ll be wiped away from their destiny. We’ll come in contact with those who think that they have a right to push people around because they may believe that they’re not capable of achieving. In fact so many will tell others that they’re not able to accomplish certain things. There may even be laughter. Living in a cruel world doesn’t mean that we’re unable to accomplish. It can be difficult at times to push forward when people continuously taking jabs. No one should feel the need to give up because of the cruelness in the world.
If there’s no compassion around and everyone turns away then one could easily go to the Creator which is God and His Son. Jesus will comfort each and everyone of us. It really helps reading scriptures. The world may not care about what we’ve accomplished and we shouldn’t be in the world anyway. Meaning not allowing the behaviors of the world to be apart of us. Too many people feel the need to please the world. They’ll forget about themselves and they’ll forget about what they’ve been offered. The world is so cruel that the very people that’s suppose to be beside us will turn away because of greed.
Some will try to push others out the way in order to receive the blessings that are in stored for the ones they’re pushing out the way. It’s not always easy to smile and be kind when people are being cruel to you but somehow we have to find a way. Having little to no support can be difficult but once we’ve gotten closer spiritually things will become easier.

I sense from what you wrote that you have been hurt by others. Jesus told us that in this world we will have tribulation and suffering. He is with us, but evil in the world won't stop until he returns. He knew what it was to be despised by those around him and rejected and hated. As his servants, we can expect the same kind of treatment. He warned us about that. It is still our job to trust him and do good.
No one is spared from having to face what this world dishes out. Taking every such situation as a challenge and meeting them is how one should go about them.
This world is not cruel yea you say that the world of man is cruel not the world of nature that loves human beings. I think it's perfectly possible to explain how the universe came about without bringing God into it, but I don't know everything, and there may well be a God somewhere, hiding away. Actually,
if he is keeping out of sight, it's because he's ashamed of his followers and all the cruelty and ignorance they're responsible for promoting in his name. If I were him, I'd want nothing to do with them.
The world was a terrible place, cruel, pitiless, dark as a bad dream. Not a good place to live. Only in books could you find pity, comfort, happiness - and love. Books loved anyone who opened them, they gave you security and friendship and didn't ask anything in return; they never went away, never, not even when you treated them badly.
