Being a stay at home mom is one of the most burdened job.No declared holidays and no fixed working hours.
Even now I'm a stay at home mom but still work online for at least 3 hours a day. Managing things becomes difficult most of the times. There are days when I want to leave everything and just run away.
I cannot survive without my family neither can I survive without my work. So, maintaining a balance is always a big requirement.
But Yes of course for me breaks in both these works is very important. I will not be able to survive without them . It is my ME time that I need to avail at least once a week if you want me to be active and perform well all through the week.
Actually, when you are a stay at home mom, the style of doing things in a systematic way is up to you since you have the whole day to do them all.
Give priorities to the urgent chores.
Like for example if you have a baby, you do the cleaning and cooking when she's sleeping as we all know babies always just sleeps.
As to doing the laundry, I think it should not be everyday, but maybe every other day, specially if you have a washing machine which can make it easier for you.
Perhaps you won't need to iron those washed clothes that are just for the house.
Also, cooking can be done for lunch. Do it in volume, wherein you can just reheat the other half for the night, because anyway, it will just be you and your hubby who will be eating, since the baby have her milk.
As to taking a break, of course you can at anytime of the day you feel like doing it.
Maybe at night when the husband is already home, he can help by taking care of the baby while you wash the dishes after dinner.
Just be systematic and know which are the priorities.
Stay-at-home Moms need not burden themselves with too much works/chores at home. She can divide/manage the works for each day, and never be stressed when a specific task has not been done. There are still days ahead to accomplish everything. Just manage time, and have time for yourself.
This is a good article. There is nothing to be upset for a stay at home mom. You also have a good husband. Apart from the household stuffs what are you taking care you can also work online that will not only give you some financial benefit but also you will get relief from monotonous days. And definitely take off from regular staff. Sometimes you can go out with families as well.
stya at homemoms has to take break, its a right, that no onw can take away from you, or you will not bae able to work or help or live healthy even, all moms do double the work and no body appreciated so they should force their respect and appreciations also
