Spending too much time online isn’t healthy. There’s online of negativity online but there’s also locations where positivity flows. If we’re finding that being online too long is stressful then limit the time online. Working online can take up some time and sometimes we’ll have to network in order to make a living. So therefore we may spend more time than we should online. If we’re finding that social media is full of negativity then it’s important that we “find positive” posts to share and connect with positive people.
Finding positive online activities will produce better outcomes. It’s not mandatory to spend a certain time online. It’s important to take breaks when needed. Some will become so in tuned with being online and forget to rest. Rest is important in order to function properly. Writers should be very careful with spending too much time online. Having to look at the computer screen for long periods of time can ruin the eyes. Fatigue will set in and that’s a sure way to be unproductive.
Some have had to take long breaks from being online. There’s certainly some places online where there’s lots of chaos. Technology can be very beneficial but a headache when the technology is being abused. It’s essential that positive outlets are found. No one has to spend lots of time navigating online but of course there will be sometimes when spending longer hours online is necessary.
It’s quite difficult to surf online without having some privacy issues. It’s important that computers have protection. Even with the protection there can be some issues. It’s important to log out of accounts so that the compromises are lowered. Spending too much time online also opens of the “door” to vulnerability. Some online users are being monitored and their private information can be compromised.
Be very cautious while being online. there’s a lot of cyber criminals lurking about and once identity theft has occurred. The identity theft can be difficult to fix. There’s ways to add protection but no protection is 100%. It’s best to shut down devices when not in use and to log off of computers. The more time spent online the more risks involved.

I guess I don't need to spend a lot of time online.However, I cannot afford to do it.My source of income is working online.The only thing I can do is to balance the usage of the internet.
