Dear Literate guys we all provide wonderful information about different aspects of life and I really enjoy reading different posts all day. We all write so many positive sides of life like the good issues, bad issues, our jobs, and the wonderful pets we have. But the one I am writing here is different from what I generally write in normal course.
Just because I work on penny sites in my spare time they have right to feel that I have no right to buy a house or a girl working in a departmental store has no self respect, that is ridiculous why people can’t think positive about persons doing small jobs to support their family.
I wonder why people make it an issue if a person at the cash register commits a small mistake. I was amazed to see a customer shouting in the shopping center as if he was gipped just because the girl at cash counter gave him Rs10 (15 cents) less than the amount printed on receipt.
He thought that the girl must be racking it in. I am sure the girl at the cash register would not want to risk her job in order to pocket anyone’s loose change. Maybe it was the end of the long shift, she was tired, and she miscounted the change accidentally.
Besides that girl is human too, she was probably having a bad day and not trying to rip anyone off a few cents. It happens mate bit let’s not make it a big issue. I intervened in the matter and trust me I tried my level best but the person was not convinced. He still thought the girl at cash counter did it with a bad intention.
I am a natured man who thinks positively and supports equalities of life and sees reason etc people choose for themselves. It is also true that society is divided in two wings, left and right. Sure, we don’t fit into the limited boxes that society makes for us.
Why is such behavior considered “wonderful examples” of upstanding but I can’t believe the way some blokes treat their coworkers or the people who come in their contact. I know some of you will argue, but putting them on show in public, degrading them and treating them like a piece of shit is disgraceful.
I am so sorry to see ‘working people’ not getting as much respect as much as they are entitled to. Working people even if they work for low pay should have the first right on everything and respect is one of the important aspects. I am so pleased to see some persons know the respect due to all these lowly paid workers.
Lastly, this one is for all you nice guys, you’ll have better friends whose company will keep you in high spirits. So, don’t let them blow up in ego clashes or else it will have a very adverse impact on your future. Be realistic at least be kind before accusing someone using your imagination.

No wonder why I have read from a religious magazine or spiritual book about the natural man is an enemy to God. The man by nature is pre-judgmental. He is prejudicial. He has a preconceived idea of imperfection among his fellow.
I sympathize with the girl you mentioned in your post, who was berated by a customer for giving him the deficient change. Yes, probably she's already tired and she needs to rest. Those humble people who are doing the common job for they don't have enough education should be humanly considered and be given due respect and considerate for the mistake they make unintentionally.
The small things can give a big impact to people. We should know how to be sensitive to others. It is sad to say that some people acted so arrogant and looking down others. Some establishments or companies have some protocols in dealing with possible clients or customers by continues to do greetings all day and all night long. In my points of view, if it not necessary ; they should not do it.
If ever I have a problem with the salesclerk, I would rather call the attention of the manager. I don't need to do hysterical moment. I don't want to humiliate others.It is better to be humane and not to act as wild animals.
