One of my online friends suggested changing my profile picture to replace it with a sexy selfie. And he meant it, one of my own real photos. He suggested clicking a sexy shot and posting it here on my profile. That sounds like a great idea.
Another important question here for you guys should I hire a professional photographer or my own work will do? Incidentally, I am a good photographer but it comes to taking a selfie I never do a good job or maybe my face is not photogenic. However, I am all sold and willing to change my avatar, but there are few unanswered questions that need your attention dear friends-
1- Should I take a picture when sitting in my office?
2- Will it be okay to take the photo in casuals or I should wear formals?
3- Do you think I should be accompanied by girlfriend or will that be a ‘put off’ to my female connections? (I hope my wife is not reading this)
4- Or do you suggest, I will be better off in my jogging shorts standing on the gate of the park I frequent every day?
All these questions are important my dear friends, as my entire blogging career depends on your answers. I am looking forward to your suggestions please. By the way the kid in photo I use as my current avatar is one who is closest to my heart and the suggestion you give me should be convincing enough.
While on the subject, I must add here that I used to hear a female avatar is always helpful for an online worker. What do you say or what is your opinion about this interesting opinion. I don’t mind putting up a female avatar if it helps me get few extra views which are ultimately converted in cents. Please do not miss this golden chance for helping a poor blogger and come up with a suggestion as soon as you read this post.

Hahaha...I don't really think that profile picture makes much of a difference but yes, if you use your own picture then it creates a sense of familiarity. I would prefer an informal pic rather than a formal one.

However, since you are planning to change your avatar for your earning purpose, I would restrain the female avatar.
