There are some items that are best purchased offline - example - clothing. There is also the need to read everything that is written before buying online as there lies the problem. Some items cannot be returned and we take it for granted that all sites permit returns. Such and other rules need to be read carefully before deciding to buy.
I've been shopping online for quite some time now and fortunately, I have never encountered receiving wrong items. You are right that we consumers should read the products description to avoid inconvenience in the seller and to us customers as well.
I experienced numerous problems on my on lone shopping. The item like shoulder bag fades after a week use and I paid the item at 1,200, then I bought 3 watches with digital cam only to know that there is a another gadget needed for it to operate. There were so many problems I cannot anymore elaborate and the make of this on line store is Lasada. For 4 months now, I stop shopping at Lasada.It gives me heartaches.
@bestwriter I don't have good experience in buying clothes from online shops, I received many different patterns and size was some time wrong for me.
@anjee I received all tidy but sometimes it was wrong shade of color, wrong pattern or even some real wrong size. It look like no item I ordered.
