Some may wonder why introverts distance themselves from so many people. There’s a couple of reasons why that happens.
1. There were exposed to way too much negativity.
2. A traumatic experienced has immobilized them in someway.
3. People have isolated them in some way.
4. Their assignment requires that they become and introvert for awhile.
5. It could have something to do with their life experience’s.
Whatever the reason one becomes and introvert. The major reason may have to do with their experiences with people. There’s a lot of negativity and hate in the world and sometimes we have to push our way through the negatives in order to get to the positive and the “love.” When we spend time with ourselves we get to know ourselves better and sometimes being with ourselves is more enjoyable. If we’ve been exposed to a lot of negativity then we will need to re-examine our lives. There will need to be some removals. Some people don’t deserve to be in our lives.
People tend to be cruel when they’ve have a resource that helps them to be cruel easily. A prime example: Online, anyone can say anything behind a computer, but will they say those same things face to face? Probably not. Even those who spend their time behind the computer are somewhat of an introvert. They spend lots of time alone and become bitter. Some focus on the negatives and project whatever they’re going through on those online.
Introverts become skilled at blocking certain people out. They develop the best ways to cope. Once they’ve figured out who and what needs to be in their lives then they’ll allow those persons in their lives. People may laugh or help create introverts no one should feel bad about being an introvert. Even introverts are sociable at times. It’s unfortunate that some people feel the need to bully others in order to feel good about themselves. They’re truly unhappy and want others to feel their unhappiness.
We should spend time with ourselves and enjoy those times where we’re able to meditate on the things that will help create “growth.” Introverts aren’t born, they’re created, but through it all introverts can blossom. The world we live in is filled with so much hate and we must love ourselves in order to make it through the battles. There’s something that will require a whole lot from “the people.”
Don’t be down about the chatter that may go on about introverts. Nothing wrong with distancing ourselves from some people. No one needs to be surrounded by a whole lot of people all of the time anyway. If we’re unable to work alone them we’ve got a problem. If we place ourselves in destructive environments then we won’t grow. In order to grow. We need to learn how to be with ourselves.

Tanikka Paulk I wish many who think they are extroverts would get to read this. You are right. Introverts are successful too. We need people who listen and introverts do that.
Very nice post. Thanks for sharing it here.
When I was during my primary and secondary level, I am an introvert person. As expected, I am so timid and don't join much with the other students. Despite being an introvert, I am good at school and had availed full scholarship during my high school days. There is some incidence that I was being bullied.
If I am looking back the old days, I was tremendously bullied by someone at school and started to shut down myself in mingling with the others at the same age. I am contented reading books and doing my homework.
Then, when I set foot to university. It is the time to change into a new leaf. I need to break free from being nibbled. I had found new friends that boosted my self-esteem. Things had been better and as much as possible, I usually turn my back to pessimistic people. I don't want to go back where I was before.
