Paracetamol medicine of the flue and cold

so I had to use the one and only medicine that we internationally keep at home, paracetamol. Tablets and liquid, the liquid one is good when you have really sore throat. The liquid is so powerful and biter when you feel it down the throat, but did not relaxes me or help, like the pills

I would take two pill of paracetamol. though swallowing it was hard, it was stronger for the headache. The liquid I guess is less powerful for the kids maybe. Still it little hurt the edge of throat when took it

They tell you to take 2 pills of 500g every 6 hours and if you have fever and really bad pain you can take 2 tablets every 4 hours for few days.

After taking my first tablets, I felt sleepy and in the middle for the day I felt better so felt I can tolerate the headache since it subsided. I am not big fans of any med.later at nigh started to feel the sore throat is again hurting and feeling the fever is up again. So took 2 more tablets and it relieved the pain. I did not want to wait for morning becaue I wanted to sleep nicely at night, and I did after I took the 2 last tablets. it did make me feel better, next day I made the famous chicken soup and drank lots of water for the next few days and needed to take more of the paracetamol every other day or so, until I felt that gradually I am feeling ok and by the weekend I felt that I am better and good with no sing of cold and flu
