Nature is up in arms against the world

Nature is no longer following rules.

In the good old days farmers knew exactly when it would rain, when to  sow, when to harvest, when to harvest and so on.  That system is now history. Nature is playing up, doing things in the most disorganised fashion.

I am no farmer but a gardener with a passion. A friend of mine had gifted me with a few seasonal flower seeds.  I eagerly planted them expecting the normal blooms but that is not what I got. The plants did not grow to their normal height and the flowers were stunted.The normal size of zinnias would be:

The fruit trees flower and when it is time for them to mature suddenly there would be rain and the fruits will have worms in them rendering them useless.

The trees too are confused.  The sometimes yield twice in the year which is not normal for them.

There is a message that nature has given me and that is to just gamble and that it will not guarantee results.

Could it  be manmade that nature has lost its balance?

We hear of snow storms in Canada  which is odd this time of year.  The heavy rains in California has resulted in a threat to the Lake Oroville Dam, North of Sacramento CA which is in the danger of collapsing.  Over 200,000 people in the valley below  are being evacuated to save the situation. .

While many reasons are given for nature to behave the way it does nothing concrete has yet been thrown up so that corrective measures could find a place.

Human beings could perhaps do what they think is best to conserve whatever over which they have control, and be ready to face the onslaught of this rather unsystematic way nature is going about.

Suffice it to say these are disturbing situations and all the more because we have no control over them.
