I always find it ridiculous when I read or hear someone mocking those people that mentioned or talked about money. I wonder why some people show off as if they belong to a group of saints having no interest in money whatsoever even while their actions in other places tell a different story about them.
I have reached to the conclusion that all such people have double standards about money. They love money as far they themselves are concerned but hate or should I use the word jealous when see others making money.
Actually, some people love money but hate those who earn good money because they feel they have the first right on all the money in the world. I like the way Warren Buffett, one of topmost businesspersons and the biggest investor deals this topic. He once said that there are different factors that stop us from making money including our own contradictory thoughts.
He was straight forward in his expression when he blamed religious groups for creating a negative image of money and projected all money making efforts as anti-religious or that stopped a person from being religious that ultimately became the reason of poverty. Warren was right to a great extent as what he said is a psychological fact.
The fact is if we believe in negative terms about money and feel that money is mother of all evil then we tend to leave ourselves on fate not making any efforts for earning. I like few quotes of Warren Buffet one of them says, “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get”. But my question is if you have no interest in earning money how are you going to pay?
And trust me Buffet is not the only person who hates them who hate money. Charlie Chaplin was also among the ones that advocated importance of money and seriously felt that poverty was a mental problem and not getting rid from poverty was indication madness.
