I must agree coconut is so useful. All those that you enumerated are indeed the uses of coconuts from its fruits to its leaves.
The twig minus the leaves can be made into hard broom. The leaves too can serve as a container in cooking a favorite food of the Filipinos called “suman” made of glutinous rice.
Its young trunk can be made into a dish we call “ubod”, can be cooked in coconut milk or sauteed with some minced pork and other condiments, wrapped in a spring roll, and be either fried or eaten fresh.
Its juice can be fermented and made into wine and also vinegar.
The young flesh of the coconut can be made into a salad with fruit cocktail, all purpose cream and condensed milk. It’s a delicious dessert.
The coconut is I think the most versatile vegetable and fruit at the same time.

You are a good poet. I guess , your sad experience on love made you a better writer of poems. wink, wink he he he

@Dina, heheeh than you my friend for your very much appreciated comment.I started to write poems when I was 15 years old. I was the literary editor during high school and college. I was also hired to serve as editor of a local magazine where I also personally posted my poems. I already had written more than 700 poems especially in Triond. I posted in Triond so numerous poems and short stories, so sad I was not able to retrieve that site so I can save back my articles. When I write there on the spot without saving them because of full trust which is wrong. I also had written many poems and short stories in Wikinut where I was also a writer there hehehehe. I really love to write poems of any sort not only about love and pains hehehee.Thank you freind.

It cannot be denied that there is no perfect relationship but not all the time you live together in odds way most of the time happiness. Though you did not end happily but at least you cannot forget the moments you were together whether you like it nor not .Those years also worth to remember and cherish as long as you live.

It is but natural to worry when we are waiting for some news about someone sick or when we are waiting for our love one to arrive. But we have to be positive and instead call the person to know what was delaying her/him.
It’s sad that the man died because he was thinking that his wife is in a not good situation. Had he instead texted or called his wife, he could have been alive.
Worry makes us feel sick and lonely. Just give it to God, because He knows what to do. And when you pray, believe.

@Dina, Hi Dina, yes you are right every time we hear somewhat negative info we immediately react. It is simply because we are so afraid of some unknowns.About that husband, he was so shocked actually. At 26 he had heart attack. His wife too died after 8 months after knowing her husband died due to the bad news. The wife is from malaybalay City, Mindanao and after knowing about the fate of her husband she decided to go home despise her doctor disallowed, She assured the doctor so she was granted traveling with a special cause. When she arrived Cagayan de oro city, our city, she was transported via ambulance, but along the road ,her heart stopped beating, dead before reaching her home in Malaybalay city.

I agree worrying is noraml and healthy feeling, its needed also, it make us think it make us react it also make us prepare for the coming, it make us dream while waiting, it make us think for the future, it make us see our last behavior and see if was good or bad, it make us real human and I agree with you that when its over then its not good as it will dot the oppostite wot hat it do when at healthy degree. we need to worry but to some level and we need not to let that worry be more than what we need to make great plans for the future. people who do not worry agout their life and family and their work wil not do good in life. they are going to live life as granted and that is big mistake, life never granted nor the gifts in it. Thanks again for the post and the stories and the comment, as all the lines give us more education and sample of what life is and how to see it also

Thanks for this interesting post about Rudraksha seeds. I have my Santosha beads and don’t know if the black ones on it are Rudraksha seeds. I wish they were. I will ask my friend who made the 108 Santosha beads if she included rudraksha seeds in it.
