I think that various different writers in different pages about very same topic use exactly same titles to tehir problem post because there is no other way how to present that porblem but with preset combination of words, that leads to exactly same title every time with no mistake. If you write about cakes from chocolate and cream, why not you use other words but chocolate and cream? Because it is just not possible.

I have to say sadly I have many of my personal friends and family friends doing this bad habit which I try to avoid in any and from any situation. It is bad for young and old and I see no enjoyment in it. How can you possibly enjoy in toxic activity that will get you certainly dead after sometime.

I did not know that we need to have social media toolkit in first place. This is first news and biog novelty to me to own one. I know it comes like surprise to many people that I don’t have many social accounts but my Facebook, lately Twitter and I think I make Google Plus but not sure. I hear I need to confirm my account there and no security if no phone number. More social accounts you own and make, more possibility they are insecure and end up stolen. I have head ache when reading all social network list, or how many they are true, and which I have safely to use. One page after another they change rules.

My experiences with social media have not been unpleasant with the exception of my Twitter account at one time being bombarded by distasteful comments. However when the matter was reported Twitter management handled it promptly. Most of my bad experiences I have written off as my own ignorance of not knowing how to use the tool and accepted as “lessons learned”. Not every classroom has facilities that give vent to aptitude, sadly.

I love Spinach as it is a leafy vegetable. It is rich in taste and having good iron content. It is good to eat Spinach just boiling and frying it in in coconut oil. It gives immediate relief to the muscle pain. Whenever I visit any Punjabi Restaurant in Hyderabad I order two kulchas (masala) along with Spinach curry. Actually, the people suffering from Arthritis should avoid Spinach. But, when it is combined with Coconut oil and a dish is prepared it will be proved very beneficial for the problem.

The dish you have written an article is containing some Tofu also. So it generates heat in the body and anybody suffering from Arthritis should be very careful in using this dish. Others, can without any second thought welcome this dish. It will be great in taste also.

Love green leafy vegetables. The darker the green, the better. Mustard greens are on my faves list.
