    Here in the states there are almost too many choices for ice cream (perhaps one of the reasons we are a fat nation?)     I like oregano oil to stop a cold. A few drops under the tongue works wonders. It does however taste vile. I wonder how the tea tastes. May try it for a bit of a change up.

    • Hi Trees. It is a journey and each person is SO different. From where they start and what their issues are that got them to the point of needing the drastic intervention. I find that for me following the rules makes it easier, my brain still tells me to eat poorly but because I have my “rules” I don’t do it. One day at a time.

    Constipation is real especially for weight loss surgery patients. It is a job to get enough fiber in to keep things moving. Staying hydrated and staying ahead of the blockage is key.
