I love Spinach as it is a leafy vegetable. It is rich in taste and having good iron content. It is good to eat Spinach just boiling and frying it in in coconut oil. It gives immediate relief to the muscle pain. Whenever I visit any Punjabi Restaurant in Hyderabad I order two kulchas (masala) along with Spinach curry. Actually, the people suffering from Arthritis should avoid Spinach. But, when it is combined with Coconut oil and a dish is prepared it will be proved very beneficial for the problem.
The dish you have written an article is containing some Tofu also. So it generates heat in the body and anybody suffering from Arthritis should be very careful in using this dish. Others, can without any second thought welcome this dish. It will be great in taste also.

I like the last part of your post where you say that when you have tried something in acertain direction and you see no improvement maybe you really need to change course and see what is on Thu other side. That’s very true. Many ar3 the times I have tried to do something’s and most of the time I have gone ahead and hit a milestone. But one day things just want haywire and I had to go back to the starting point which was the hardest thing to ever do. It is never easy to go back and start all over again very few people would take that turn. Many will either decide to quit the whole thing, or they will drop one thing and work on the rest. Usually it takes more energy time and focus so that you don’t repeat the same mistake that you made the first time. You approach everything in a different way.

I agree with you. This is one of the techniques. Changing the course of action involves the brain activity. Once you have made up your mind that success is not coming in the way adopted then you will be prompted to take a difference course. This shows your mental alertness to change the course.
To keep yourself mental alertness you need to do Yoga. This is the only method that can make you fit and mentally alert. It keeps you away from disappointment and develops will power.

I have seen and observed that going back to square one is for those who are green not mature, keep in mind just one thing that error and mistakes push men to back and wisdom full acts lead men forward ub all sphere of life.
In crease your knowledge and follow your birth tends you will go ahead not backward in all field of life. Knowledge is the main key to go ahead in practical field because knowledge clears the way hindrance and ignorance stops progress but people blame it others or o put on fate. A scary thinking.

We used to watch a lot of cooking shows when we had cable TV. We still watch a lot via the public television station but not as much as before. Checked and found some videos available on YouTube. Have to set aside a time to take a look. Thanks for mentioning. Love cooking shows! 🙂

Good topic choice for a blog post. Actually I think I know of an American chef who was a lawyer who decided he wanted to bake! He didn’t get his start through a competition or cooking show. He just decided he wanted to do it! His cakes were unbelievable! 🙂

Do I enjoy cooking? That’s a tricky question for me. There was once a time when my kids would tell you to make sure to come by our house for traditional holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Yeah! I put my best foot forward and must say my meals were pretty impressive. But now my husband has a health condition that requires me to change everything that I ever knew about cooking and create new recipes or modify my old recipes. Enjoy cooking these days? To be honest. Not so much. It’s very stressful trying to get the meals right for his dietary purposes. But I’m learning how! Because I love my husband. 🙂

Leave a kid in car all alone and go for some shopping. What a terrible thing it would be! I just can’t imagine this as it is disturbing me. It is the extreme of carelessness and must be avoided at any cost to ensure the safety of these little souls. May God keep every kid safe and sound.

You are right. It is becoming very common to forget kids in a car and involve in some other activity.

I have seen different colors of lentils but never black.

It is not as large as the image shows. And as mentioned in my Blog the polished dal is used and not the whole black lentil for making goodies.

yes it is healthy and tasty too, though a bit heavy on the stomach.

I have had no such issues so far. I have been eating dishes made from this lentil for years.
