I guess it would probably the quality of posts they have shared, they have submitted, or the highest number of comments or reactions they have received for their post.

    • Oh..Good one. Good information has been provided.
Whenever I hear the Azaan early in the morning I recollect my father who was bedridden in the hospital. He was undergoing critical treatment and the doctor has already expressed his inability. The chances were almost nil. I returned from the hospital with a deserted heart. I was washing my face and expecting a call. Already contacted some of the relatives and informed the position. When I heard the call there was my sister on the phone. She informed about the demise of the father . The Azan and the information on the Cell phone have I think got synchronized in their frequencies. I started weeping for my father
Since then, whenever I woke up early in the morning I automatically I recollect my father and simultaneously listening to Azan.

    • Courting even after 44 years of marriage is indeed the secret of a happy marriage. I hope many will read your blog. I am sharing it on FaceBook

    • I do not believe if you say that both are born in the same year, same month and the same date. How can it be?

I do agree wit you. It is the communication that keeps the entire thing in an activity. It makes the process to continue . The more you communicate with each other the more opened the doors of love. This is the greatness of expression that makes the communication great and lively. Mere communication will be dull. It should be spicy and sweet. Everything goes perfectly with a spicy communication and gives an opportunity to open ourselves freely and frankly. It removes all the hurdles in life and makes it a heaven to live in.

    • What else can be more meaningful in this life but to find the fulfillment of feelings. We loved the love that also loving us. Living with him/her for the rest of our life. Doing the things that make her happy and she is doing the doing that makes you happy. Love is the happiness that can only be felt by our heart when that someone is also loving us.

I am happy to read this kind of happiness.

    • Wow you’re is an inspiring story. 44years is not little time for anyone. You amaze me that you still court your wife even in marriage tell that to th3 generation of today no one will even want to think of taking your word for it. We are living in times where love has become a game of catch and Chase then release. No one seems to be taking marriage with the seriousness that it so demands. But am just smiling as I read your story it’s challenging to some of us who have not yet jumped into that river of marriage. I have always believed that marriage can be a beautiful thing if understood. We are told that man don’t oftenly tell their wives that they love them orally all the time but it’s shown through actions. So you are just confirming it to me that a man doesn’t have to keep telling a woman that he loves her all the time. You have also talked about communication which is key to keeping aartiage or a relationship going. Nowadays that has become like a nightmare to many couple because oneay feel like that are being bothered with questions, the other may feel like talking too much is not a good thing. But the truth is talking clears out any doubts that one may have about the spouse and it also brings out the real feelings of an individual thanks for sharing your lovely story.

    • My warmest congratulations for having that solid tie with your wife and family. You have a very strong relationship. The good thing is you are both educators and if parents are teachers , they are also good fathers and mothers to their children.Cheers!

    • First and foremort I have bend my head so low in respect to a great marriage.Your announcement in church of the three important words after 44 years is another milestone. Not yet man, raising children from age zero to above 30 is not a mean achievement. No,making most of your children have their own famililies make you a super dad. Hail to the dad of the year!

      • What you have been really making me happy for a person whom I have known in the cyber world is apt to praise honestly. Thank you for that. I know you have a great and terrible experience when you lost a son. Am I not correct? As a dad like me, you have so much concerned for him. In your own humble way, you are also a great dad for your family.

    • Wow am so moved with your story of persistence and challenges. In this year’s that we live in I
It’s so unusual to hear that a couple have loved together for 15years and overits usually a maximum of 10 years and that’s it. Am moved and encouraged that marriage a do work for those who want them to work. It takes a lot of courage and determination to go as far as you have. Let me just congratulate you on your 44 years of marriage that’s a milestone. How do you keep up with the vortship part? Do you take her out on weekend nights or still but flowers how do you do it. I would like to have a heart and time to do that for my spouse and grow old together. Maybe you shed some light on the courtship part could be a big lesson for most of us am sure. Thanks for sharing your story and I wish you more loving years together.

      • I have a lot of things to share about our love life, our great challenges in life, and our happiness that is indescribable but for God’s term is love. Everyone has their own way of making their life as it should be, that is, for their happiness. Man is here to search for his happiness and it could only be found in God’s humble way. And I have proven it and have found it.

    • What else can be more happier than being in love always to the person we always be with. 44 years are already golden to me, that will never doubt the pure love in the hearts.

I know, sometimes, the rocky road is within you but what is important is how you walk through to that path of your marriage life and you have proven how love can conquer all the trials and problems in your marriage. Many families should envy your marriage, but more than that, we should follow your footsteps.

      • You are right there were “rocky roads” in our first to two years of marriage. We had said to ourselves that we couldn’t mend it anymore. Our family would seem to be broken due to personal reasons and pride. But we all trust the Lord and He provides what we need and most of all, we learned how to be forgiving and how to accept our own faults and strengthen them.

I am, of course, happy to know that you are going to follow our footsteps. Our only secret is communication among ourselves, communication to our Heavenly Father. If you could do it, I am sure you will reach the happiness what we have had today.

    • Yes, you say right that marriage is the second name of mutual understanding between husband and wife. Marriage is also called the of soul compromise. There are many benefits of marriage first you find a life partner for talking day and night. I say woman is a talking bird on earth who sings for husband and children for whole day.

As you’ve probably heard, nearly half of all marriages now end in divorce, leaving bitter spouses and confused children in their wake. Don’t let this happen to you! Whether your marriage is going through tough times or is experiencing marital bliss, or even if you’re not yet married but considering it, here’s some free but proven advice to help your marriage last.

It’s straight from God, the one who created and ordained marriage! If you’ve tried everything else, why not give God a chance? Follow the keys in this guide, and you can secure your home.

Continue (or perhaps revive) the courtesies of courtship in your married life. Successful marriages do not just happen they must be developed. Don’t take each other for granted, or the monotony that results will destroy your marriage.

Keep love growing by expressing love for one another or it will die, and you will drift apart. Love and happiness are not found by seeking them for yourself, but rather by giving them to others. So spend as much time as possible doing things together if you would get along well. Learn to greet each other with enthusiasm. Relax, visit, shop, sightsee, eat together. Don’t overlook the little courtesies, encouragements, and affectionate acts.

Surprise each other with little gifts or favors. Try to “outlove” each other. Don’t take more out of marriage than you put into it. Divorce itself is not the greatest destroyer of marriage, but rather, lack of love. Given a chance, love always wins.

I recently wrote about one of my super discounted Nails Inc nail polish bottle called Optic Flame here. I really like the baby pink color of the nail polish. It makes me feel so girly! Lucky for me, at the time I […]

    • t’s my first OPI Axxium Soak-Off Gel Lacquer, and it’s as if my technician tossed out the rules of a manicure with yesterday’s cotton balls. There’s no soaking my fingers in water‘it’s her opinion we can’t have my nails expand in water, then contract and crack the polish.

And there’s no sitting around afterwards waiting for it to dry: The five coats, including a base and topcoat, are cured in a hand-size UV lamp in just a couple of minutes per layer. The $50 manicure will last at least two weeks.

It offers a layer of protection as if I’d been given artificial nails, yet unlike fake nails, this stuff is just painted on like a polish with no filing,

bonding or sculpting. But the oddest thing about it is that everyone around me is talking about nothing but polish: the coolest colours and just how long their manicure lasted (for one woman, a month and still looking perfect’save a half-moon of natural nail that’s since grown at her cuticles).

Colourful, beautifully shaped nails have become a mainstream beauty obsession. No Canadian numbers are available, but according to U.S. market research, department store nail polish sales jumped 59 percent in the first 10 months of 2011, and the industry south of the border is worth more than $6 billion.

For many, polish is an ‘affordable luxury,’ says Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, artistic director of Los Angeles’based OPI Products. Leeanne Colley of Tips Nail Bar & Spa in Toronto, where I had my nails done, surmises that ‘with the rise of smartphones, our hands are more visible. So having a coat of nail polish on is now a must.’

Dawnwriter wrote a new post, Sadaqa e Jariya: The Rewards For Ongoing Charity in Islam 8 years, 1 month ago

Giving charity to the poor is highly recommended in Islam. In fact, every Muslim is required to share his or her wealth with the poor for distribution of wealth in society and easing pain and suffering of those in […]

    • Charity is not recommended in Christianity. It’s required, as you say it is also required in Islam. If you say you’re a faithful Christian and don’t practice charity, you’re a hypocrite. No IFs, ANDs or BUTs. You could even be poor but still have the ability to show some form of charity to another person, be they rich or poor. Faith, hope and charity (love). The greatest gift is love or charity. The words both mean the same in the scriptures. In the New Testament when the word hypocrite is mentioned, there’s a warning attached to it. WOE! Acts of charity are not optional for anyone who professes to be a Christian.

    • I totally agree with the content. This is where the main foundation of Islam is very very strong. It is this attitude that can make the flow a continuous one.

Giving charity is one of the best principles in Islam. Give as much in charity to the others who are in need. Given them alms as food, a house for a homeless, knowledge in the form of donation or money to study. Whatever you give it becomes the ten fold

All the Mughal Emperors have strictly followed the above principle. They donated lands to the educated to feed their families and make things easy for them to continue their education. They donated lands event to the Hindus (called by the term Inam Land). The great Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb has excelled himself in following this principle. He lives with what he was getting by selling the caps stitched by him. Even Akar is not a match for him in this respect.

The wealth they were getting was being distributed among the poor and needy and only 1/5 (pls. correct if I am wrong) was retained by the Emperor.

The principle clearly mentions and talks about the charity but does not and nowhere states that this should be only to the Muslim. This is exactly here we are deviating from the principle. We are donating only to the Muslims. Of course, there may be several reasons, which is not a place here to discuss. The Madarasas are meant for Muslims only.
Some uneducated Muslims during festivals give charity to the Muslim Organizations only. What they understand is the charity is meant for the Muslim only. This tendency is changing slowly on account of the interference and interaction of the educated.

I have visited Baba Sharfuddin Darga in Penukonda. The interesting fact I noticed is that most of the devotees were Hindus only. They came along with their wives and were going inside. Their wives were sitting outside the Sanctorum only, as it is a practice not to allow a lady inside similar to in some of the Hindu Temples.

I personally donate 2 pairs of clothes to Muslims during the great festival Ramadan.I leave the decision of selection to the Almighty only.

The emphasis should be more on humanism than on Religion.

    • God said: I am going to judge you according to your deeds. Yes, though poor you can show show some charitable works like visiting the sick in the hospital, like visiting in prison and make some counseling to the prisoners. I am not wealthy, but every Christmas I am feeding some hungry children. I also give donations every time there is flood in my country. What a happy feeling to serve our humanity. How nice to share and show our kindness to the needy.Amen.

    • I feel abundantly blessed for having had this opportunity to share my faith with you.

    • Yes, giving charity to the poor is the continuous goodness on earth even after death it remains continues on earth and will remain n earth till the Day of Judgement. We made them (Abraham and his sons) imams who guided in accordance with our commandments, and we taught them how to work righteousness, and how to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat). To us, they were devoted worshipers.

[2:215] “They ask you about giving: say, “The charity you give shall go to the parents, the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien.” Any good you do, God is fully aware thereof.”

[9:60] Charities(Sadaqaat) shall go to the poor, the needy, the workers who collect them, the new converts, to free the slaves, to those burdened by sudden expenses, in the cause of Allah, and to the traveling alien. Such is GOD’s commandment. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise.

[2:3] who believe in the unseen, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and from our provisions to them, they give to charity.

[2:110] You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat). Any good you send forth on behalf of your souls, you will find it at Allah. Allah is seer of everything you do.

cessy08 wrote a new post, Roseroseshop Latest Haul (Korean Skincare) 8 years, 1 month ago

I recently bought a couple (more) Korean skincare from another online seller I frequently buy from – Roseroseshop. The shop recently had an online sale on some of the brands I love to buy from (ie Skinfood, […]

    • I think the cream is the best as you say and one of my friends told me about this cream that is best for skin care but i do not use, my cousin uses and she says nice for skin care.

I’m trying to cut down on my beauty spending for the year (hahaha I’m funny…) so I decided to kick off the year with the only large skincare haul I should need.

I fell down the rabbit hole of Korean skincare last year, so I placed my order with RoseRoseShop. RRS has a huge selection of skincare to cosmetics to cute phone cases, and the prices are suuuuper cheap. Shipping is a bit steep, but they charge by weight – so don’t order too many heavy items.

RoseRoseShop has amazingly cheap prices for the products, but extremely high shipping fees by weight. They only offer Mizon products for free shipping. However, despite the high shipping costs, the grand total of the products plus shipping always ends up cheaper on RoseRoseShop

    • For the past few months I’ve been eyeing some Korean skincare products that I wanted to try and last January 2016 I finally decided to make my very first haul abroad. The reason why I wanted to try Korean brands is that well first of all its no secret that most of them has really really really nice skin

(I mean seriously who wouldn’t want to have those flawless, poreless skin that you keep seeing in k-dramas >_< ). And not only that their cosmetic and skincare products are known to be advance yet gentle and effective on the skin hence being the gullible me, I went ahead and placed my order.

So the first order I made was from roseroseshop, its a known online shop that is located in South Korea and offers quite a lot of products to choose from. I know some people might complain about their shipping fee because yes it can be pricey and I did searched on various known online shops but after calculating everything I still ended choosing them despite the pricey shipping fee.

I made my order last January 29,2016 with a total of $32.92 including the shipping fee (around 1600 pesos; Paypal has their own exchange rate which was about 49 pesos for a dollar at that time)
