Even though I like the way the different colors look on the nails, and the colors themselves look really pretty (whether they are on fingernails or not, they are just pretty colors), they are a little too bright to wear in the autumn and fall months in my opinion. Colors like these will look really nice during the Spring.
-
Okay this is a first for me. I ha enever heard of temperature changing mail polish. How does this work anyway does the color change when the temperature or weather changes? This is very interesting, I wonder when it came about if I am hearing of it for th3 first time. I have never really been a fun of gel nails, I find them very uncomfortable, but I like my natural nails and I like them in light colors like the ones that you have posted towards the end the blues and pinks looks really nice
-
Yes. This color changing nail polish will change color as per the temperature. The people living in Cold regions may not have the effect of color changing. But the people living in the regions where the atmospheric temperature is about 30 deg. ce. may only feel it. But it has to be noted that sometimes people may be working near this temperature in their houses. They will enjoying this color changing.
The colors suggested in the Articles are good. I want to add the Green color also it as it is my favorite after Blue.
How far it is safe is to be left to the discretion of the people. I do not know the advantages..but certainly the following are the disadvantages;
1. This encourages people not to cut their nails but to allow them grow as long as possible. This is not good for health.
2. People having long nails have to be more careful while eating with their hands. They should inevitably use spoons and forks at the time of eating which is not an Indian tradition and most of the Indian do not like it.
3. While eating the food will stuck up between the nails and the finger muscle. It needs immediate cleaning. Otherwise it houses bacteria and may lead to complications. If not cleaned properly the food gets spoiled between the area and gives out bad and unbearable smell.
4. There will be frequent exposure to smoke and other atmospheric pollutants which damage the finger nails. Proper care has to be taken for their maintenance. Otherwise instead of giving good appearance they become pale yellow. Even the dust also accumulated in the area.
5. What I presume is that it is meant for only those ladies who want to cover up their laziness in cleaning and cutting their nails. They need not cut or clean their nails just apply this nail polish and can go out giving a good appearance. But they should know that the disease is accumulating in their nails.
-
it looks beautiful ,the color and lightning of those nails.my favrote color is red normaly ,but i am imressed with these colors,as i see these 1st time
-
All the shades are beautiful and very creative.they make long nails real beautiful.U can wear what color you want to your personality and your alfit–love it.

Nail polishes mainly consist of Nitro Cellulose, which has film-forming properties. Many cheap nail paints have a high amount of toxic substances such as phthalates, toluene and formaldehydes which are dangerous for health.
Recounting the harmful effects of using nail paints and nail arts, dermatologist Manish Bindal suggested the frequency of changing nail paints to be only once a week. “The fumes of formaldehyde, acetone and toluene not only cause irritation in nose and lungs, but are also harmful for the reproductive system of females.
Frequent removal and reapplying of nail paint makes nails weak and brittle,” he said.Having faced the disadvantages of using cheap nail paints, Kanak Garg, student from the city, subsequently became allergic to them.
“I was so crazy for nail paints that I changed them every two days. But gradually I became allergic and I also saw that the natural lustre of my nails was getting lost. So, I stopped using it and now I apply nail paint only on special occasions,” she said.
“Cheap nail paints have a large amount of toluene and formaldehyde which is characterized by the typically strong smell we get when we open a bottle of nail paint.Manicure professionals use branded nail paints as they have zero formaldehyde and toluene. These are also better lasting and give a shiny lustre in contrast to cheap nail paints which get chipped easily,” said Priya Shukla, from a city based salon and spa.

I really like the looks of these colors, they look especially like they can be worn during these cooler months of the autumn/fall season.
You say you have really strong nails, do you take any supplements to make your nails strong, or have they always been like that? If you don’t mind sharing, what types of beneficial foods do you eat for nice hair and nails? 🙂
-
wow,its just so beautiful .I have never seen this before .Normaly girls in our side using red, pink, like etc but this is very special indeed.

Hands are a real neat card for any self-respecting woman . What could be more beautiful than a perfect manicure all the time? You do this with modern methods , but find out what are the disadvantages!
The most modern method is the application of the nails or acrylic gel , or as a coating or in the form of false nails made ??of these materials. Considering all the myths circulating on account nail to see the advantages and disadvantages of this type of manicure.6 benefits
1. They are much stronger than natural nails
False nails are an alternative if natural does not grow enough , peel , break , you wont bite them or simply want a perfect manicure for longer .
2 Perfect French permanent
The dream of having a classic French manicure , perfect and not hurt for a few weeks is finally a reality ! That does not mean you have to give your daily activities , it just means that your nails will cope well with all tests. You escape and minor imperfections such as bumps or grooves on the surface of the nail.
3 Long nails
If you do not allow your natural nails to keep them long , protective gel helps to keep the length that you’ve always wanted . In addition , the form will always be ideal and perfect nails symmetrical .
4 Models outstanding and varied
Nail allow you to give free rein to the imagination in terms of their decoration : nail painting , three-dimensional applications or piercings .
5 Nail polish last longer
If you want to convert classic french in a color full of personality , you can always use your favorite nail polish quiet , the good news is that gel nail polish will stay intact longer than the natural nail and will be a perfect sheen .
Are you tired of it ? There’s nothing a wipe and stick with the same perfect manicure at first.
6 Restoring broken nails
You have to break a nail ? There is no problem with using these materials , the angle can be restored so that you will not be able to distinguish natural .4 Disadvantages
1 Natural nail must be filed
There is the myth that acrylic or gel attack and destroy the natural nail . In fact it is true that natural nail is slightly affected , but because of the materials , but the fact that you have filed for the gel has easy grip . The process , however, is not harmful to the nails than hair dye .
2 Attention to water
State hands long water ( due to job , household crafts or sea holidays ) can cause partial separation / total natural nail gel . No appearance is not the happiest , the detachment appears as a whitish opaque stain .
3 Maintenance
Whether you like it or not , false nails / gel protected serviced every 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, it will be a total unsightly appearance , the visible difference between gel nails and increased again . In addition , depending on the length of the nails and daily activity increases fracture risk .
4 Addictive !
Perhaps the biggest drawback is that really addictive ! They are extremely practical and superior permanent show nails no longer break . No one price is not prohibitive , if we count as normal manicure cost us , but one that will be required weekly.

The main mistake that most of the writers make while writing any article is lack of grammatical knowledge and a wide range of vocabulary treasure. Most of the writers have no ideas about anything how they can write articles with new ideas. Increase knowledge information reading different books and articles and make their scanning the main hypothesis of the read article. Keep in mind fresh contents rest on fresh and new ideas and the words are the slave of new ideas. Many people cram may English words but they cannot write a single line of any article because they are lack of ideas. JH Sayyar

Yes . I do agree with you Jhsayyar. It is only by reading various writers and Bloggers one can have a good knowledge of blogging or writing. A good writer plays with words. This is out of experience. One need not worry if he can not write. But the zeal and a flair for writing should be there. At one stage he makes an effort and becomes successful .
I think that the Grammar part is though essential it is not an absolute requirement. Unfortunately many good sites lay emphasis on Grammar. So attempting such sites will only disappoint and discourage a newbie. He should write to small sites in the beginning. Participating in the discussions, give comments using various words wit different expressions. This will instill in him the confidence required.
I think after some practice the Grammar part comes out automatically . Learning grammar exclusively for writing purpose will not make one an Unique writer.

I agree with you.I think we learn with the time.I am new to this site i dont know how to write properly.I am here to improve my self as much as i will write i will improve day by day. When i write my 1st article i was so confused how and what to write.I will be happy if you guys will help me out and correct me where i make mistakes
-
writing skills are very important.I have seen here and read some post you guys have wonderful writing skills impressed me alot.i make mostly grammar mistakes.I am working hard to improve my writing skills i hope more i write better i will become.

Whatever it is, my point in writing is writing a quality blog which observes the mechanics of using a correct grammar. I have read most of the write-ups which are intended to earn money are filled with errors in sentence construction like the subject-verb agreement, incoherent, wrong spelling, improper choice of words, among others.
-
yes you are right.mistakes are there because its our native language, some of them are in a learning process like including me.So at begining everybody make mistakes. Its been always my problem spelling mistake specially.i struggle in this area alot, even when io was at school and college i always had trubble with wrinting and spelling.I worked really hard and i feel that i am improving day by day.

Those who know how to express in words are successful on earth and everywhere because they know how to express self before the readers in words but it rests on natural talent not on artificial talent or cheated materials.
The people you meet and connect with in real-world settings are far more likely to naturally lead to discussions about your blog and ways you can help each other. This yields guest posts, links, tweets, shares, blogroll inclusion and general business development like nothing else.
As a blogger, you’re likely to be sending a lot of email out to others who use the web and have the power to help spread your work. Make sure you’re not ignoring email as a channel, one-to-one though it may be. When given an opportunity in a conversation that’s relevant, feel free to bring up your blog, a specific post or a topic you’ve written about.
I find myself using blogging as a way to scalably answer questions – if I receive the same question many times, I’ll try to make a blog post that answers it so I can simply link to that in the future.

Once upon a time, I had no idea what to write on my blog. Coming up with blog article titles was slow and painful.
That was 10 years ago.
Now, thousands of articles later, coming up with topics is easy. Not only do I publish articles on my two blogs, but I also publish hundreds of guest posts for dozens of publications.
Wondering what happened along the way that made this process so much easier?
I’m going to pull back the curtain on how I’m able to generate so many topics, and explain what it means to choose great article topics. I think you’ll find it helpful.
Know your target audience.
Let me deal with first things first — the “best possible blogging topics” are the best ones for your audience.
Everything comes down to your audience. In fact, there is nothing more important, essential, and critical to blog success than knowing your audience.
The story of my own blog is a testament to this fact. The longer I write my blog, the better I understand my audience. I read and respond to blog comments. I take time to read emails from my readers. I listen to what they have to say.
Make relevance your guiding light.
I’m going to introduce a concept, and then explain how to do it: Relevancy.
Relevancy is nothing new. It’s popular to talk about relevancy and the need for relevancy in content marketing … but hang on a second.
Find a blog to steal from.
Someone once said, “Good artists copy. Great artists steal.”
If you want to pick absolutely stellar topics, then go to the blogs that are already doing it and pilfer them. Lest you think I’m going nefarious, allow me to explain …
I absolutely oppose anything remotely connected with stealing content or intellectual property. What I do suggest, however, is to identify a blog that is doing it right, and follow their example. Here’s the process:

So the blame is on Google? That makes no sense at all. A writer should know that it can take months if not years for their articles to be de-indexed from Google. Is that Google’s fault? No. That is just how things work. Now a writer can ask Google to de-index their articles earlier but they are not obliged to do so. Why would anyone want to share the same article from one site onto another site? All material should be fresh and new. Even if it is just your blog.
On EliteWriters, for example, if someone claims an article is plagiarized the owner wants to see proof of such claim. The owner will then check to see the links if any is given and go from there. If an article is found to be indexed on another site then it can be deleted without any warning. That is why it’s good to read the rules before a person gets started on any site.
-
When sites do not pay and the account there is deleted those sites where those Blogs are reposted could check. Barring the title the article does not show on the net. That much patience site owners should have.
-
-
The write of this article says right that posts are deleted by saying plagiarism giving no proof of plagiarism to the writer. It is not a good thing for the writer. I give my example, I posted my own written Sonnet and Ode but I was told that is is plagiarism. I request my humble readers that anyone can write my name in Google (jhsayyar) and find mind Urdu and English block on which I have written 463 Sonnets, 53 Odes and couple of hundred articles written on cricket matches prediction and songs how my own poetry may be plagiarism?
-
The writer is the backbone of a writing site and when accusations are hurled documentation is necessary
-
-
The site owners forget that it is the writers that sustains them. And they have to respect writers that they fully deserve.
-
Many sites do have plagiarism checker. Thee is a separate software also. It scans every article and co relates the source of the text of it is plagiarized. I do not know why these social blogging sites are not entertaining them. They need some additional staff also for this job as you said.
But one thing is acceptable that plagiarism is not advisable under any circumstances. If some sites show discrimination in the payment like 1st, 2nd, and 3rd it is left to their own conscience. They definitely one day or the other will be paid in the same coin as happened to Bubnlews. The site is no more now.
-
I think writing sites ought to invest a bit in persons who sometimes randomly check posts for duplicated content apart from checker softwares.
At times, huge volumes of posts or articles can present issues but then keeping users happy should be the topmost priority. -
Excellent post. As indicated, Bub had it’s pets. These pets were the Shills who brought in warm bodies. These pets would race from site to site shouting; “I always got paid!”
Hubpages suffers the kind of ‘pet’ situation in which other ‘writers’ will mark down your work so that it is ‘unfeatured’. This prevents you from earning revenue and allows them to write an almost plagiarised version of your work.
Where writing sites abuse their writers, by not paying, low paying, long moderation periods, the writer will contribute elsewhere, which, of course creates the cycle of decline.

Nice post. Well, earning is better here than on myLot?
-
Yes, it is sure that LB is the best source of earning for men and women due to writing on LB freely to earn money but we all must write creative writing not fake or cheated writing because creation is read with keen interest all over the world ins stead of cheated of copy articles.
A great book starts with a great concept. If you love to sew, it won’t be enough to just come up with a nice collection of sewing projects. You’ll need a Big Idea that ties them together and gives them meaning.
So if you aspire to write a creative non-fiction book, start with the ones you already own. What’s the Big Idea behind each of them? And what’s your Big Idea for your book.
The thing that no one ever tells you is just how tedious it is to write a book. Sure, you can get your first or final drafts in without too much trouble. But the devil is in the details and it is mostly your job to make sure those details are right.
There is a lot, a lot, of reviewing, editing, proofing, and fact-checking that goes into making a great book. The author has to do most of that herself. At least, in my opinion, you don’t want to rely on anyone else to make sure it is right.
Be really committed to your subject! You will be selling it for a long time and that means talking about it for years to come. Speaking of, are you good at keeping secrets? It can be really tough keeping the contents of your book quiet until it’s published. Sometimes years pass between you getting a contract and the pub date.

Yes. I do accept that memory loss may be due to many problems like diseases, vitamin deficiency, improper bone growth, improper diet, depression etc.
Nearly 90-92 cases constituting Insomnia, obsessive anger, high blood pressure, memory loss, Alzheimers are due to only depression as per the Massicheutus University study report.Of all the memory 53% people approach a doctor with a complaint of low memory .
The only tool to halt this problem is meditation. The study report says that this is the meditation that has got the power to control depression.
How to do it?
Just take a mantra or a word of any deity of your choice and recite it for 10 times regularly. It will control the brain reaction to the weird problems.Besides this, taking a good food can also work as an effective tool.
Taking Almonds, using herbs like Belladonna, Saraswati Churna etc. will definitely control the memory loss.
-
Thanks for adding more tools. Keeping our mind active to my mind is one of the best ways besides ofcourse eating the right kind of food.
-
-
I know that people who use brain and sharpen it with any activity that includes thinking, observing and memory have their brains not only trained but also maintain mental health longer.
-
Brain exercise like any other is essential to take care of loss of memory
-
-
When we look around and see those who are inflicted with bad memory they are those who never exercise their brain.
-
My kids love to play the card games, they just enjoy it without care about any intention. However, for the aging group, these kid of card games or even Mahjong, which is famous in Chinese group, heard can help them in brain exercise, thus prevent memory loss or Alzheimer’s disease.
However, I believe, physical exercise with sweating, i.e at least 30 minutes per section can help in making our mind fresh and healthy, and enhancing our memory power.
-
i agree with you. There are many more activities that can help retain memory including a proper diet.

Hello.Thank you very much its a very useful information you shared with us.Mostly we dont know how to overcome these problems and now a days most of the people i my self has the same problem.I hope your tips will be useful for me.

Sweet Potatoe is very rich in Iron which is very useful for Red Blood cells in the body. It is not a vegetable preferred by Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribe people. Everybody likes it very much.
The correct method of cooking is to boil it along with Jaggery. Jaggery is also rich in Iron. One works on blood cells and the other improves the flow of blood.
-
I like to eat sweet potato cooked in jaggery and coconut. Sweet potato was considered food of the poor once upon a time.
-
i love sweet potato even when I was a child, and until now I still eat kamote– I read a book that sweet potato is good for ulcer. There are more than varieties of sweet potato as I see it everyday, that includes the yellow, purple and even the skin have different colors also, it also differs with sizes. There are sweet potato best for its young leaves though most are for it root crop. My favorite is the yellow skin with an orange color, this is the sweetest kind of them.
-
Thank you for reminding me about leaves. I have a few creepers and must remember to cook them.
-
-
You heard Oprah Winfrey singing the praises of the sweet potato? I was watching a TV chef cooking contest and the chefs were invited to pick anything from the White House garden and prepare it for the judges. The chefs also met with First Lady Michelle Obama – she’s the reason there is a White House veggie garden – and one of the chefs asked if she had a “favorite” from the garden. Guess what she said? Sweet potato! Not just a fave her but for her whole family. I love sweet potato too!
-
Sweet potatoes are VERY common in the US as a dish to eat, and they are sold on every corner in every grocery store, even way before Oprah said anything about them.
They are a very common dish. People eat sweet potatoes all the time, especially around November for Thanksgiving where there are thousands and thousands of sweet potato pies sold and eaten during this season. Which reminds me, I need to go and get some for myself soon!

I just found out that my HDL is low and my LDL is high but my triglycerides were normal. I know I need to make a change but I just don’t know where to start.
If you like wine go for red wine and see the difference. My doctor recommended that i take 190 ml on five days of the week. You can increase your exercise as well among other things that i have written about.
Good wishes are on their way.
yes agree with you.and thank you for sharing useful information ,now a days because of the unhealthy food these kind of problems occurs in our body.
We have so many pleasant choices and yet we choose the wrong path.
I feel bad that I was ignorant about cholesterol. My husband now has a heart condition and I worry if I could have changed our eating habits earlier on and prevented it. The thing is there were no warning signs. He was hardly ever sick. Even though heart disease is in his family, I thought his chances were minimal because he did not have the same bad habits as his father (mainly drinking and smoking). When he was diagnosed, I was completely taken aback. But I’ve since then adjusted and our diet has changed quite a bit. I had to change my diet to make sure he would change his. What are wives for? 🙂 We always look for natural ways to attack health problems.
There are so many happy ways to keep our health in check. Nature is kind.
I really wonder whether our old people really followed the tips that are mentioned in the article? No . Definitely ‘No’ is the answer as we all know. But how could they live for 80 and 90 years. What is the secret behind their living for good length of time? There is no answer that can give satisfactory explanation. THE IGNORANCE IS A BLISS THAN HAVING A KNOWLEDGE.
The tips MENTIONED in the Article may be useful for keeping us fit because we do not do physical exercise. There are people who do not walk properly. All bad habits. Besides this we got a fear complex of Diabetes, blood pressure, kidney problem.Unfortunately, the Doctors are having do not having good standard. They know how to refer a patient for a medical tests and get their commission.
I think doing some yoga regularly and nourishing the body with the tips enumerated in the article above will definitely keep one live long.
That is what I said in my post. My mother never knew there was such a thing as cholesterol and she lived beyond 90. Now that we know a bit about it, it haunts us.
Yes, it be cured naturally by everyone at home talking many positive exercises at homes on daily basis. Cholesterol is not a deadly poison, but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals. There are no such things as good or bad cholesterol, but mental stress, physical activity and change of body weight may influence the level of blood cholesterol. A high cholesterol is not dangerous by itself, but may reflect an unhealthy condition, or it may be totally innocent.
I think that In certain aspects low cholesterol is worse than high cholesterol. Already fifteen years ago, American researchers found that low cholesterol predicts an increased risk of dying from diseases of the stomach, the intestines and the lungs.
Children with allergic problems, such as asthma and hay fever, have lower cholesterol than healthy children. As allergic diseases have become more common and is still increasing in the Western world it is tempting to suggest that the cause is the increasing consumption of the polyunsaturated vegetable oils of the omega-6 type, because these oils are known to stimulate inflammatory processes, and allergy is a kind of inflammation.
