yes, you are right Most of the mothers feed children with some unhealthy snacks just before a meal or an hour before lunch. This is not good What they should know is they should allow only liquids such as some nicely cut fruits or juices, healthy drinks if the children ask for before their lunch or meal as it becomes a part of their food. Even if they do not each much for their lunch or meals it does not matter and mothers need not worry. Old people were quite strict in not allowing their kids or toddlers to eat any snacks just an hour before their meals or lunch timings.

Yes,I so much agree with your post to feed the child every meal interval to let them grow fast, have healthy body and always on the go. Once a child is not feed in between meals, I notice, he/ she is weak, but when feed with the right food, the child is so lively. A child does not like to play if hungry and he / she keeps on crying searching for the answer of the feeling why feel that way. Some children touch their belly as sign that they are hungry. There are mothers that do not care that is why there are so many mal- nourished kids.

The kids at home, the sons of my sister drink milk twice at in between meals. They are also forced to eat solid to always have good health.

I have learned a good lesson during my journey to Varanasi. We should eat an item at where it should be eaten.
When I am reading this blog I felt something was striking in my mind as somewhere I heard this name. Yes…it is in the train while going to Varanasi. The vendor was busy with his business. He was carrying a big basket and there were many items meant for taking as snacks. I was waiting for some light tiffin as I had no breakfast while getting into the train. I asked for these items with the vendor. He told me that they are not on the train and advised me freely to go for some snacks available with him.
I asked him to suggest a good and nice snack. He said “You go for Potatoe Pattis.They are fresh and are full of vegetables”. I took two without any idea.
I tasted one along with a sauce (chilly). It was really great. I finished another one also.
But, the effect is that I could not take my lunch when it was served to me. The only reason was that the Potatoe patties were very strong enough to be digested though they were not served with Onion dip.
After reaching Varanasi during a casual conversation I told my friend about them. He took me to a restaurant and there I tasted the real Potatoe Patties. Yes, They are really great. They are very nice than hose I had those in the train. During my return journey, I could not prefer them when they were offered to me as I tasted the real Potatoe Patties.
The Potatoe Patties should never be preferred while making a train journey. Always prefer eating them in some nice restaurants only.

Agreed. You are right. Writing may become a source of stress for us if we follow some strict and inflexible schedule. Following some sort of timetable may not be a good idea in this regard as its effects are devastating in the long run.

I am not writing with an intention to touch the minimum threshold by 30th of every month. It may be a stressful activity for me so I did not consider it rather I do focus on writing whenever I have ideas and feelings to share with my friends here on this site. I am enjoying the overall activity by doing so.

My partner in New Zealand is a happy loner. He prefers to be alone with his pet cat now.He has a son and is separated from his dad.But what I noticed that there is always association of word blue in his emails, Skype, Facebook, plus, his clothes ,brief, Polo-shirt, t-shirt, pajamas, pants, jogging pants, all in blue. I wonder why he likes but. I never dare to ask him why , but all I know is , he is happy to be alone.In fact, he changed his mind from being marriageable to non-marriageable. That made me sick when he told me that he changed his mind to remain a non-marrying type.I think those who like to live alone pretend to be happy when actually not happy. Man is a social being and he needs someone to talk to. Having gadgets and other things never equal the happiness felt when there is human to be along with, to be happy with and to share some thoughts, problems and heartaches.

All I can say is, I can never live alone. I will be lonely of alone living in a house. I need someone to be with. It is not enough to just watch TV and do on line activities, so weird, but I cannot blame those whose preference is to live alone. They are loners and I believe they are cowards to face challenges of life just like my foreigner partner.

Competition in sports event and games will always be appreciated. There the players will put forth their best to win. Participation itself is appreciated irrespective of whether one is losing or winning. The players on some occasions become very aggressive and make a do or die effort to win. Once the result is declared everybody will have the appreciation of the Audience who generally watch such thrilling event. Here, everything is fair in love and war is not applied nowadays. It was considered as the meaning of the competition in olden days.
I am recollecting a world cup final/semi-final match played between West Indies and Australia. There was only one wicket in the Australian team to win the match.
Michael Holding was the bowler. He got a very good opportunity to make out the player on the popping crease when he crossed it before the bowler could bowl the ball. Michael holding could make him out just by hitting the stumps which were quite nearby But, he did not do it. He just gave the only action reminding the player on the runner side to be more careful. They totally forget the ethics and neglect to gain the good will of the customers. By the time, they realize this truth there will remain nothing to be achieved.

Oohh The joy of christmas, who doesn’t like the sound of carols. If anything carols are what get me into the Christmas mood when I hear a song in radio that imemediately stirs me up to start looking for my old cassettes that played Christmas carols because those songs from way back are the original thing so it brings out Christmas in a more natural way than what we hear nowadays. Its true that nowadays Christmas stats early some people even start it as early as the last week of November in preparation for the festive season. The only bad thing about this early celebration is true fact that when the actual day comes people are bored already so the day usually just comes and passed by nothing much is done.

What you have said here is universal. That change of scene is felt everywhere. But I keep to the old traditions and quite enjoy being that way.
