Ha ha ha , don’t be afraid because you are not old yet like us . This also comes with aging . So don’t worry . And one thing more , it is said that is you part your hair at the same place , that can also be a cause of falling hair , thus your hair will thin out . So , part them in different parts of your hair .

Are you a moderator tasked with this responsibility? How do members KNOW who does edits and also … if we’ve proven ourselves as faithful and reliable members who post quality content, WHY can’t we edit our own content? I can edit my own content at other sites like this one. It’s a valid question. CC: @Admin ; @Support

Thank you for answering my query.
Though, it would have been better if there is an edit button which only the member who wrote it can edit. Usually, I would proof read my post after it is submitted complete with pictures.
It is only then, that i would notice what are the mistakes.
Which button do we hit to ask for editing please?

That is a very ad story of that employee. I cannot blame her, but the best thing for her was to resign before that shameful incident happen, That boss is so inconsiderate. Why not call the attention of that lady after the meeting and asked her abut her problem that made her deaf during the meeting. She should also had reported that untoward behavior of that gay boos.
She was indeed fed up, anyway, God provides us our needs and He knows what is best for us.Congrats friend.

You are right. The boss should have talked to that employee in a private manner and corrected her behavior or reprimand her.
Being reprimanded like that is so demeaning. Though, the employee knows that it is what that boss likes – for her to be humiliated as he will always do it to her.
Actually, the boss is threatened because this employee is a law graduate too and is smart and intelligent though she didn’t pass the bar exam because of a problem she encountered with her husband before the examination. She is also who is being relied upon by the owner of the company before he was hired.
Well, everything has a reason when it happens. And this one was for the benefit of the employee, when she resigned right there and then.

It’s sad when not only your boss but anyone humiliates you infront of other people. I would rather you call me aside and tell me if you ha e a problem with me, then earn me that i would take but not the other day round.
I don’t like it when bosses in the name of shaping or disciplining someone. As a proffessional you should act in a somber way and avoid trembling with your employees. In this case when the boss realised that the last was not paying attention, he should have just let her be until the meeting was over, then call her in his office and try to find out why she was not paying attention. In offices we have different kinds of people who go through different kinds of issues, so it’s good to approach each person directly. That’s the time am employee can open up and discuss what is bothering them and how they would want things to be done. That way there is understanding between the employer and employee. If they did that she wouldn’t have left the company the way she did. But anyway everyone has their own way of ruling. If she is elsewhere and happy then good for her. Sometimes a piece of mind is better than having a lot of money that only brings you sadness and frustrations.-
Indeed, it is never nice to reprimand an employee in front of other employees or person. When he did that, the other employees have felt the pain of the employee and the boss was the villain.
Had he really waited to talk to the employee after all have gone out of the office except the employee after the meeting and talked it out with her, it would have benefited both of them – the employee not humiliated and won’t resign and him , not a villain in all the other employees’ eyes.
Sometimes, we should try to curb our anger.
Who would want to be a villain to everyone?
