The key is the remain “determined” and find common ground. Those who will be in the line of resistance are doing a disservice to themselves. Some may perceive that they’re gaining by trying to rip a person or persons apart. Those who are harassed by others are those who have weak will power and intention because it does so due to lack of knowledge is the main cause of it. Read the history of a revolutionary person he is criticized by others bitterly at home and out of home but he does not go the wrong path and follows his mission of bringing revolution in our society. At last he succeeds in his mission on the ground of will power and nothing else.
It is said intention brings fruits in physical shape. Sometimes you wish to go for a walk, knowing how good it is for your health and how wonderful you feel afterwards, yet, you feel too lazy and prefer to watch TV instead. You may be aware of the fact that you need to change your eating habits or stop smoking, yet, you do not have the inner power and persistence to change these habits.
Does this sound familiar? How many times have you told yourself, “I wish I had will power and self discipline”? How many times have you started some new activity and quit after a while? We all have had experiences like these.
Everyone possesses some habits or addictions they wishes they could overcome, such as smoking, excessive eating, laziness, procrastination or lack of assertiveness. Developed will power and self discipline bestow the inner strength to overcome any negative habit. They make a great difference in your life. They can make you a winner in whatever you do.
Will power is the ability to control unnecessary and harmful impulses. It is the ability to overcome laziness and procrastination. It is the ability to arrive to a decision and follow it with perseverance until its successful accomplishment. It is the inner power that overcomes the desire to indulge in unnecessary and useless habits, and the inner strength that overcomes inner emotional and mental resistance for taking action. It is one of the corner stones of success, both spiritual and material.
Self-discipline is the companion of will power. It endows the stamina to persevere in whatever one does. It bestows the ability to withstand hardships and difficulties, whether physical, emotional or mental. It grants the ability to reject immediate satisfaction for something better.
The human being is full of inner unconscious, or partly conscious, impulses. People sometimes say or do things they later regret saying or doing. On many occasions people do not think before they talk or act.
By developing these two powers, one becomes conscious of the inner subconscious impulses, and gains the ability to reject them when they are not for his/her own good.

Everyone has dream in life but dreams must be practical so that the dreamer may achieve the dreams in practical lie. I have spent too much to know what is the reality of dream. There are two types of dreams: the first dream we see while sleeping and the second dream we have for future. Both are important in life.
Have you ever woke up from a dream and then after a few minutes REALLY woke up from a dream? Most people who have experienced these sorts of āfalse awakenings’ report an “eerie feeling” that accompanies the false awakening once they realize that they are dreaming.
The eerie-ness is not surprising given that the experience undermines the belief we all usually have that we have direct contact with reality. It is certainly a shock to realize that you can be going about your day when in fact you are only dreaming.

Now, I have changed our daily meals diet from 2 meats 1 veggie to 2 veggies , 1 meat, sometimes no meat at allNow we are healthier, but still hungry after meal.
So we had sandwiches with ham , lettuce and tomatoes later.
Fats around tummy had trimmed too -
oh yes, my teenager had started off with her trimming belly off program on her own.
Morning breakfast- oat meal with banana

i heard that apple cider vinegar with green tea and honey helps to clean the digestive tract, that means, to clean the colon, by flushing out waste.
I don’t know whether it works for losing diet or not -
I also know that apple cider is a detox never heard about it being used for weight lose. But i think it could also work given that it has some ingredients that lemon has. Always be positive. Think Success, not Failure. Beware of a negative environment.
This trait has to be one of the most important in the entire list. Your belief that you can accomplish your goals has to be unwavering. The moment you say to yourself āI canātā¦ā, then you wonāt. I was always given the advice ānever say I canātā and Iād like to strike those words from the dictionary.
Iāve found that from time-to-time my attitude waivers. A mentor of mine once said āitās ok to visit pity city, but you canāt stay and there comes a time when you need to leaveā. Positive things happen to positive people.
2. Decide upon Your True Dreams and Goals: Write down your specific goals and develop a plan to reach them.
Write down my dreams and goals? Develop a plan to reach them? You mean like a project plan? Yes, thatās exactly what this means. You may have heard the old adage: A New Years resolution that isnāt written down is just a dream, and dreams are not goals.
Goals are those concrete, measurable stepping stones of achievement that track your progress towards your dreams. My goal is to start a second career as a freelance writer ā what are your goals?
3. Take Action. Goals are nothing without action.
Be like Nike and āJust do itā. I took action by reaching out and started writing. Every day I try to take some action towards my goals. It may be small, but itās still an action. Have you taken action towards your goals?
4. Never Stop Learning: Go back to school or read books. Get training & acquire skills.
Becoming a life long learner would benefit us all and is something we should instill in our kids. Itās funny that once youāre out of school you realize how enjoyable learning can be. What have you learned today?

This is a family that is really blessed and gifted in singing. I have in the part years listened to their music and I was so moved. Whoever has never heard this mellow voices doing their thing you ha e no idea what you are missing. I like the fact that the mother was fast enough in nurturing the talents in her children’s lives. She actually took time and analysed her children and thought that something could be done to take them to greater levels. That’s why I always say, that parents should watch their kids very closely cos you never know what you could get out of those children that you ha e in the house. If you see your child being persistent on doing some things even if you don’t like it, think twice before you ask that child to stop wasting their time doing it. Instead watch and learn and am sure as you continue watching you might just like what you see. something good can come out of that thing that you may not like. Give them a chance and see what comes out of it
