It is useful to have this reference. I prefer to use my own pictures, but lately I have realised I do not have the skills to get to a really professional quality. I’m always nervous of downloading and using something with the wrong licence though and frequently start of thinking I found a free picture only to realise I have to pay.

This sounds a nice recipe and is probably a lot cheaper and healthier than the ones you get in the shops. I can get muscavado sugar easily here in the UK as they sell it in supermarkets.

I too think the BBC leaves a lot to be desired now. It was as you say, a way people learned to speak proper English and I also believe the standard of reporting has gone down. It is a shame, but I doubt things will improve any time soon. It is all about money for most things these days and I doubt the BBC is different although I hope I am wrong!

Your country does sound hard for women. It is not perfect here in the UK, but we are certainly treated with more respect and our laws regarding the way women are treated are better. It was not always like this, way back in history women were seen as chattels. It was only during my Great Grandmother’s time that things began to change.

Praise the Lord for the ability to communicate with Him in so many different ways according to the need. One thing I would add is that prayer can be a constant conversation with God.
