Yah bloating can be an annoying thing especially when you are visiting someone, it makes you so uncomfortable, you feel like you just want to leave not because your bored but because your so uncomfortable with yourself. I always get bloated when I go visit my mum up country that’s in the counyryside, for those who don’t understand up country. Anyway whenever I go there when am changing my food I will always have a bloated stomach. not because the food is bad but because from what I have been eating is different from the food in th3 village. If you compare th3 good in the village and that of town the village food is natural coming straight from the garden, while that in town is bought from the supermarkets that have probably had them there for awhile. But what I usually do is make sure I keep drinking water and eat small portions of good as I go along. I cannot try and eat too much food at the same time because that will cause me a lot of problems. Thanks for sharing.
