I agree that anything can be mastered through step by step practi ce. One can not build one’s own castle and go on living in it. The hypothesis and interpretation is a must, whether it is maths or any musical instrument, not necessarily a Piano.
This is what actually happened while learning a musical instrument Though confident and mastered the subject getting a whole round of 100 percent in Math, my enthusiasm drove me to apply the same hypothesis to learning a musical instrument and I could not learn it at all. Because my hypothesis needed quick and easy way of tackling / solving a problem which when applied could not give any positive result. The learning of instrument needed simple hypothesis and needed a step by step process which I did not follow. The result I could not learn it anymore further.

Not gettin enough sleep can also contribute to having acne or pimples. Sleep is important in helping us a smooth skin.

When I was 7 months in my pregnancy, my blood sugar went above the normal. I was a slim woman, but I have to trim down my intake of rice and lessen my love for all fruits because they are very sweet.
In addition, I drink a tea made by my hubby by brewing the leaves of a native vegetable tree here.
After two weeks, my blood sugar was again on its normal level.

I suppose I could try listening to binaural beats. But I can tell you up front that I’m not too keen on listening to anything with those kinds of WARNINGS. (O.o)
