I didn’t know that strawberry can help with night sweats. I get night sweat or hot flushes when the weather is hot.
But now that the weather is cold, I rarely have it.
So, what do I do with the strawberry for it to be able to help me with night sweat?
Actually, strawberry isn’t common here in our place, though we can buy it from the supermarket.

Hi! Where are you from? Strawberry can grow easily especially the everbearing type. They are a little smaller than the other types but sweeter. This type also produces a fruit year round especially from summer to autumn. The other common type is June-bearer. This type of strawberry bears massive fruit impressively and you can harvest a lot but only produce fruit once in a year.
If the temperature is cold in your place you may plant some of them. If you don’t have enough space I suggest you plant in a pot.

I am from the Philippines, a tropical climate country. Hot season is more than the rainy season . Thus, strawberries aren’t indigenous in our place.
Although, there is a place here in the Philippines, up in the mountain called Baguio, where the weather is always cold. There, they grow lots of strawberries.
Hence, strawberries comes from that province, and it is a bit expensive already since they can only be bought from the supermarkets.

I have just seen the question and answer portion of the Miss Universe pageant last night, since I was at work when this was aired on TV.
ANyway, even at the office we already know that it was Ms. France who won.
Ms. Haiti is so beautiful and statuesque and she also answered so beautifully and with confidence. They both have nice answer actually, but yes Ms. Haiti’s answer is more one a personal level success, unlike Ms. France’s who answered in the national level of her country. And I think that is what made her answer with more bearing and won the Ms. Universe crown.

LOL. For years I have been telling my husband that the Miss Universe contest was “political”. Not being mean-spirited and hating on pretty women but I always thought the use of the pageant for pushing political agendas was very subtle and that the ladies were unknowingly just political pawns on a chess board. I told my husband I could guess the outcome by the specific questions and the “crown hopeful’s response” who was going to win. He told me what I said was nonsense! When I heard Miss France won, I wasn’t surprised. My thoughts were similar to your rationale presented in this post. I give up trying to convince my husband about the pageant. LOL. 🙂

Ah. I watch the Miss Universe contest every year and I can never predict who will win. However, I think Ms. France executed her questions diligently and represented her country well, or at least better than the other countries. My personal favourite was Haiti, so it’s a shame that she did not end up winning. An overall beautiful and interesting pageant as it is every year.
