Absolutely. There are lots and lots of online courses that one can enroll. For busy individuals, online class suits them, only if they have the interest of learning.
Here in the Philippines, TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), offered an online program or free online courses. Such example is an opportunity.

INDEED, DANCE CAN BE AN EXPRESSION OF FEELINGS. THAT IS WHY IF ONE WATCH A DANCE PERFORMANCE, YOU AS A VIEWER WILL ALSO FEEL THE EMOTION WITHIN.
DANCE CAN ALSO TELL A STORY THAT YOU CANNOT Hear BUT ONLY YOUR EYES COULD UNDERSTAND.
DANCE IS DANCE AND APPRECIATED BY MANY BECAUSE OF THE POINT OF VIEWS THAT IS IMPARTED BY THE DANCERS.

My hubby is slim, yet he is taking a maintenance for hypertension. And despite the medication, sometimes he feels that he has high blood, so he would drink a very cold pineapple juice, which is proven to lower a high blood and takes away the symptoms after a few minutes.
High blood runs in his father’s side.

I guess for me, the best way when there is a storm is not to go sailing. Though, the weather can get bad while at the sea, so those things indeed should be considered and prepared.
I don’t want sailing, that’s because I don’t know how to swim in a professional way. Though, I know how to float and also swim the simple way.
But I am so fascinated with people who loves sailing in a boat like that. It’s so courageous of them actually, though I know they wouldn’t have the courage to sail if they don’t know how to swim.

@Dina, That is right, why travel when there is storm,to dance with the waves or die in vain.
