Living in an Imaginary World

Actually it’s a common problem with most of us that we live in an imaginary world or should we call it a double life if you please. People tend to think that living a double life is limited to living in multiple relations as a different person but the fact there is lot more to this than merely living in an illicit relationship but it could well be a person lying about his social or financial status or his job profile.

But there is a common fact that almost all of us have something to hide from others and shiver at the mere thought thinking of the result if the secret is out! There are different facts about each of us which we refuse to accept ourselves but we cannot afford to make them public.

However, there is a simple fact that applies in common that a person living a secret life is always afraid of his reality just in case it’s discovered and all his pretention come in light. A person with facts to hide lives a stressful life and feels weak in his knees.  It’s a fact that a person with secrets to hide has to face depression, ashamed and becomes angry at smaller nondescript issues.

Most of the people living on false ground make a grand image of themselves hiding the truth but the fact is the reality cannot be hidden for long time but it comes out in open sooner or later. I have met people during my traveling time that had nothing much but talked big telling stories they had everything, financially strong, good job, owned property, imported cars.

But that was only half the truth because they never even replied the phone when I tried to contact them later. In fact, keeping secrets even if you have not committed a serious offence but living a falls life or telling half the truths is no lesser than a punishment to your own self. You will never be at ease but it makes your life complicated to the limit you will never enjoy your life to the full.
