Not everyone accepts diversity.
Some are unwilling to accept people from different ethnic backgrounds. Absolutely ridiculous. No matter what one’s thoughts are about “diversity.” There is no changes when it comes to diversity. If that’s what people expect then perhaps they should consider living on an Island. It’s very annoying when some people are irritated that other cultures are in the world. Some are very irritated when they’re moving into their neighborhoods. No pretending that some people feel that way. There won’t be any catering going on. We will have to fend for ourselves and do the best that we can.
Some complainers won’t even help others or themselves for that matter. They’ll just spill their hate while minorities continue to elevate. Racism is annoying. It’s something that so many have had to deal with and continue to deal with. Those who are so uptight about what other races are doing are wasting time. If they’re more focused on trying to help themselves elevate then they’ll be less concerned about other ethnic groups “prospering.” We simply have to try to make some moves. Someway and somehow.
No one should one to stay in the same spot. Many minorities feel the same. Not wanting to be at the bottom all of the time. Finding creative ways to advance. No one can help those who don’t want to elevate but just want to sit back and complain. The complaining is so unproductive. While the complaining is going on. Others are trying to grow. Trying to hinder others won’t work. Perhaps it’s time that some get out of the whole one raced only way of thinking.
Diversity is here and it’s time people except that other cultures will be around. They will be in neighborhoods where in some cases they’re not welcome. Unfortunate but that’s the mindset of a lot of people. That’s how people become angry. If they allow their minds to focus on the racism then anger will occur. Being full of love and wanting others to grow will help create a better environment. Hate won’t solve problems.
We should want to connect with others. See different cultures that’s why it’s important that school age children attend school so that they’re connected with diversity. Not just one group of people but other ethnic backgrounds. It allows the children to be sociable. That’s why preschool is encouraged. Unfortunately we’re unable to change how people think. If one is set in their ways then there’s not much that we can do about it.

It is really important to inculcate to the minds of young generations that there are no preferences in the diversity of cultures within the country or another country. That's the reason why it is important to educated the people about this sensitive concern.
