I joined LiteracyBase a few days ago, and I am now still very excited in exploring and learning more about the site. I wrote a simple guide to LiteracyBase based on my first day experience to help others understand a little bit more about the site. Now I am going to share something else about the site.
What are groups?
Though LiteracyBase is known for blogging, I would like to recommend another advantage of the site – a friendly and helpful community. There are groups in LiteracyBase, where we can discuss specific topics in the group, such as Health, Handwork, About LiteracyBase, Making Money Online. We can create the group as we wish, and invite other members to join the group and discuss the relevant topics. We have to join the group in order to join the discussion, just as how we do in Facebook. Here, we can always create a discussion thread or it’s also called forum in the group as we wish.
How do we earn from groups?
We can earn $0.002 for creating a group. This is not much but I guess this is a small reward for those who came up with good idea about groups and also being the group admin.
As I mentioned in my simple guide, we can earn from $0.001 and up to $0.02 for our reply in the forum. This has been my main earnings from LiteracyBase so far, though I would also like to explore more about blogging and sharing. The earning rate depends on the length and quality of the reply, so I suppose the more words you include and the more helpful the comment you write, the better earning you will get.
What about the community?
I do not think I can stay in this site for long without the friendly community, no matter how much I am earning, there will have no fun if I am just staying here alone. I really enjoy spending my time in the groups, though blogging might make me earn better, as I am happy to share my experiences with others and also learn from others as well. As most of the members here are new joiners to the site, we all learn to explore the site and share our findings with each other.
The members here are so helpful and selfless to share what they know with others, not only limited to the site, but also extend to other knowledge and even other areas in our life. Though our initial intention to join the site is for making some extra money online, it’s the community to keep us staying with the site.
Besides the helpful and friendly members, I would like to applaud our supportive admin and support on the site as well. They have been really responsive to our questions and I am sure the team is working hard on setting up a stable and power site for us to make money and also have fun at the same time.
Would you like to join this helpful and friendly community? Let’s meet at LiteracyBase.

I agree! The community of writers here at literarybase are quite helpful and supportive. This makes the time at this site a pleasant experience.
Yes, I guess this is one of the biggest reasons many of us choose to stay here with the site. We have also been learning a lot from each other too. :)
I am a newbie here too and it is great to read that others think this is an awesome site too. I am looking forward to learning a lot here.
Hi Susan, welcome to LiteracyBase. I have seen you participating in the forum, hope you will like staying in the community and enjoy blogging as well. :)
I am agree with you too. This community is helpful for sure. Most good thing I found about it is that it is having lots of good active users. And this is the most important thing for any site.
You said it right. I am starting to have a lot of virtual friends like you. It is like finding a place where people flocked to one place and learned to share things, either personal or not. My close friends outside the virtual world are so difficult to reach out. I am quite comfortable to share personal rants on this site and take some ideas given by the members.
@Lee ka I am glad this blog has resurfaced specially for newbies who will benefit a lot from reading this
yes LB is one of the most helpful and friendly sites than other sites on internet. On LB there are many groups join any group and answer the questions and earn money or create questions for the readers they earn money.
All community members are nice because I have found many kind heart and sociable friends on LB. They write for others so that other could comment on and earn money. I am thankful for all LB writers who are writing for LB and cooperating with other writers and readers.
