Resistance to changes is not always easy to notice or at least to comprehend. Especially it is to do, when daily life is accompanied by routine preventing to look deeper. Then the person enters into a vicious circle, and his thoughts are only about how to get something, achieve or perform some or other work. In other words, he is hitting the closed door and don’t see that near is open window. Smells like stagnation. This is a very strong negative force, destroying lives of both own and the surrounding. Such person becomes conservative, fearful to get out of his comfort zone; he may eventually become a grouch. Potentially years will run, but thinking will not change. After all, these days the flexibility and ability to adapt are essential qualities. These qualities are the components of a happy life.
Let us remember that the man opens himself and lives fully when improving, learning and growing. Changes in life often are hampered by doubt and fear of the unknown. After all, then you have to leave the comfort zone. Obvious truth is forgotten that in the long run it will be useful.
Another very important reason not to change yourself or your life is laziness, low self-esteem, lack of comprehension of how you want to live, look or feel. But if you decide that the changes are readily available, it will be so. Then it is easy to quit smoking, to start exercise, socialize only with your favorite people, to work with a smile disliked work and find one that you want, and so on.
The biggest change starts from small, but essential steps.
Often people get used to. Usually they get used to everything what repeats in their life. People easy accustom to think negative about selves, strew criticism both to themselves and others. They also adapt to have not enough money, to work disliked work, to complain constantly, to feel losers, nothing worthy. To get rid of these habits it is necessary internal changes. It must be realized that criticizing yourself you do not create a better you, but humble yourself. Criticizing others, you become unpopular and angry, people do not respect you.
What to do? To change it is required desire and clear steps how you want to feel and live. If you desire for positive change in your life, why you do not allow them to come into your life? Why are you live and keep repeating the same thoughts, interacting with the same people, do not read books, and finally, do not do steps that lead to the promised change? Get to know the causes, and you could change the consequences.
There are times when life itself provides an opportunity to change a person through external circumstances. Often these upcoming changes are not pleasant. It can be divorce, downsizing job posts or other circumstances. Approaching not always pleasant changes, the most important is your own reaction to the situation. Why people like to create negative scenario? Or perhaps it is better to create a positive scenario for yourself? In preparation for the changes, first answer honestly what you fear, what are the possible worst and best case scenarios.
