Laziness is well known status. It is well known that our actions do not always bring happiness, but there can be happiness without action, so it is necessary to catch hold and defeat the laziness in order to achieve your goals. Sometimes whatever you do, it seems that it is impossible to get rid of laziness. You feel fatigue, lack of sleep, you do not have the forces, postpone works and objectives.
Of course, sometimes after hard works when you put all your energy, you just want to lie on the couch and listen music or just watch your favorite TV series. However, there is other kind of laziness: when from all the forces you are trying to find the motivation and strength to what you want to achieve, but still fail to do so. Exactly about such kind of laziness I am talking. This condition reduces your ability to work. This is lethargic feeling when even the simplest task becomes a problem.
First of all there can help our focus on the key points. Often too long list of tasks even more puzzle. Concentrating on two or three things you will feel less stress. There will be more motivation for each target because you do not need to split it on billions works. People need motivation when they feel that the chance of success is high. Hence work with no more than three tasks at the same time and you will find out how easy is to reach targets, also you get inspiration and motivation for the future.
One more thing what I always do when get lazy I take time to get a good rest, and then do what I like most. It sounds a bit ironic to overcome laziness through rest. However, it works. Often laziness overcomes us because the task seems too difficult to accomplish. Relaxing and doing what you love, you will experience pleasure. When you receive the results of your actions, you become ready to work and perform more important and more complex tasks.

Laziness is like a sickness to many, and lots of people feel laziness croping up into 5heir lives without their knowledge. Sometimes we may get lazy because of too much work or overworking our bodies. At times you may be aware of it but decide not to work on it, and sometimes we are just not aware of what we are doing to our bodies we just keep going on and on until when our bodies finally give in. For me laziness may come up especially when I did not get enough sleep or my sleep was interrupted for some reason. When that happens especially in the early morning, I find myself being very dormant the whole day. I will not be as active as i should Be, i will just feel like sleeping all the time. So for me to stop all this the best I can do for myself is take some sleep and when I wake up I will be as a good as new. The work that i was not able to do earlier can now be done with so much energy. Laziness should not always be taken as a bad thing, sometimes it's the body's way of making us realize that we need rest. So it's recommended at times and we need not ignore it when it sets in. Just embrace it and take some rest it will do you some good. And also there are those days when you may wake up in the morning and feel like doing nothing other than just sit back and relax. It's allowed once in a while, but not to make it a habit.
