How miserable we are, when we complain?

 

Every day is an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself to unlearn to complain. After all, we can’t deny – we have learned to complain exposed by a variety of influences, unfortunately, from the most immediate environment – family – and the most susceptible time of our lives – childhood. Maybe it worth to start from just one day without any complains and then describe your impressions.

Yes I had challenged myself. I have to admit that my day without complaint then became some kind of a misunderstanding. Specifically, in order to describe my day course, I began everything to unravel even more than usual, to capture what is power and what is sh… Exactly, the analysis has become an artificial complaining. So I quit at noon to slash my own idea to describe everything and just have lived joyous day.

But now I understand that contrasts “power” and “sh…” principle can be very useful. It is important to make good use of it. For example, when to the head flow grim thoughts it is useful to find positive thoughts, activities or emotion for the opposition – power!

Spilled tea, not have what to wear, the money ends, and the worst – and again is Monday. What to do? When my husband heard the news that I started day without complains, easier took a break – although one day there will be peace at home, because he is the only most faithful listener of my complaints.

If we have a problem, we perfectly understand that it will not go anywhere, but it needs to be addressed. Our mutter can’t solve any problems. If you want to challenge yourself, try to survive just one day without complaining, them one more day and you will not notice even that stopped complain about everything.

I learn to stop complaining like crazy and not so much by the words but more by emotions and state of mind. As if not subtly discharged all fusty inner manure, and then calmed down. Ideally, all the time I was able to be here and now, to be an observer. Result: soothing, a strong sense of gratitude and a weak desire to complain.
