Hindrances

I wonder how many of us have ever fasted in their life. anyway i just wanted to share some of the hindrances that may cause us not get to our blessings or not get our breakthroughs like i would call them. and this are some of them:

1-Primal wounds of the heart (Hurt)

2-Cynism of the mind (doubt)

3- Paralysis of the will (I won’t)

4- Overcrowding of the soul (Busy)

We can pray yet we are still hurting from what someone did to us years back and haven’t forgiven them, or we pray and at the same time we are doubtful that God will grant us the desires of our heart.

I don’t know how many people fast here in this site. Anyway this is something that is personal you can choose to do it or not, the thing is there are people who fast so that they can be in the presence of God or maybe they need some kind of divine intervention in some situation or something. Have you ever stopped to think why sometimes we may pray or ask God to do something for us but we do not get it? Many times we may think that God has refused or denied us our desire, but the thing is we ought rts, sometimes we are not willing to take up what we need to do to get what we want, and lastly we are usually too busy to stop and spend time in God’s presence. So when you are praying for a breakthrough think about those reasons I have mentioned and if there is any that you are going through deal with it first then proceed on and God shall surely make your prayers come to pass
