Politics of some countries is just funny and it works like a joke in many conditions. I know a case when there is always a continuous battle between a Chief Minister of a state and Governor of that state.
One day, the Chief Minister decided to play fun and he used social networking site twitter for that matter. He tweeted – Call 101 and ambulance will come provided the governor allows it to come.
This was ridiculous. You hope that governor will halt the process the ambulance? Logically, this was meaningless – why would you need someone to halt ambulance? He seemed to gain sympathy – ambulance is considered a life saving vehicle which is counted above even traffic rules. A normal public is supposed to side whenever an ambulance is coming in the way.
So, the minister tries to win public sympathy by showing that he wants ambulance to work but the governor who hates him, will not like this status.
But, this actually seems a dirty politics. People pointed out many reasons here.
First, the governor is not really traffic police. So, there is no point in him actually halting ambulance trip. There are too many ambulances journeying in the state and one governor will simply not halt the process.
Second, an ambulance might be late for many reasons – it involves traffic condition (agreed that you must give way to ambulance but in some cases of traffic congestion; this simply does not work), weather and other uncontrollable reasons. None of these reasons are literally under governor’s control.
Last but not the least, playing like a victim (& calling all others as enemies) is counted as dirty politics. In the short run, this is beneficial because this victimization and sympathy will simply decrease your reputation considerably. People can be fooled – that’s how democracy works BUT this does not work till eternity.
Further, if you wish to show that you are good & others are evil who are playing games with you, you need to provide solid irrefutable proofs for it to work that way in the long term.
So, I genuinely think governments need to move out of this blame game and dirty politics. World has enough seen power hungry people who like to fight on nasty issues, now we genuinely need politicians who can really talk of development free from any blame game politics and work accordingly on the subject matter.

I wish we see such government come to be.
In as much as they started it with a dirty hands, politics will never have a clean reputation except its given to those who are called for that purpose.
In the world today, how many people moved to politics cause of their passion to serve? How many kept their campaign promises?
More or less 0 or 1% of people usually fulfill their promises. So you can imagine where and what the change will be if we desire to have it.

Like they say politics is a dirty game and indeed it is. you will never hear someone say that i love politics for what it brings, they will be there for their own selfish gains and fame. no one ever enters politics for the sake of the country or the people that would be a lie, maybe in the beginning they will behave like they are truly there for the people but before long you start seeing their true colors
Politics is really a fun with people because in the name of democracy the politicians make people fool and laugh at the poor reaching at the president house. Their dream comes true and the poor's dream shatters after election because the promises the politicians make become false all over the world.

We can't do anything all of a sudden until unless we are able to understand what the actual problem is. The actual problem is politicians are making the wrong and hyped promises which they utilising to hide the actual things and facts. Like Modi promised about Bringing the black money back from foreign banks.
