If you need to add a few pound of muscle on your body the most important thing is what you eat and how is your nutrition plan. Your muscles need hard workout, a lot of healthy food and enough rest to grow and you must follow all of these three important things.
Your muscles won’t grow while you are in gym, you stimulate them to grow in the gym, then you fuel your muscles and they growing while you resting. But it is very important what food you eat, you shouldn’t eat whatever just to fill all the calories in your body, that is not advisable. Protein is the building block of muscles in the body.Grain is one of the sources of protein. That's the reason why vegetarian is not possible for keeping fit.A well-balanced diet is a conventional way to be in good health. It is a misnomer to stay healthy for being a certified vegetarian.
For athletic people, they really need to consume protein source of food that includes grains. With this kind of diet, they would be able to increase the muscle bulk in no time.Of course, it is also combined with the daily routine of physical exercises. The high repetition of exercises and frequency will be able to achieve the increase of muscle
Can push-ups and use of dumb bells in exercise, build muscles? I don't want big muscles, but i want to develop my muscles because muscles can eat up a lot of calories, so I think, going fat can be avoided.
Gosh, you need to eat a lot of them to make the muscles firm. But what is nice when you have more muscle is that even if you eat a lot, it would just be consumed by our muscles. Am I right?
For women, how do we build some mucles?
