Firefox Launched New Feature Known as Containers

Firefox is not a slow company as far as browser is concerned. And they are doing a lot of progress in the meantime. You can see that they are working on lot of small features. It can show you how much potential browsers have these days. Though a lot of features of the firefox are good. The browser in itself is going to be harder to use these days. I can show you that chrome based features are light on the browser. But with firefox adding more features it can increase the amount of efforts required for the chrome to get back the same user base. I have found that many firefox users are now switching to chrome. And this is the way they are being forced to innovate. You can see that firefox may continue to innovate, it has to be lightweight desktop browser. In this article, I want to discus one feature.

Containers

Now the question you may ask is what are containers? And what you can do with them. Most of the people who are after the concept of container can tell you that it can be really good option. Though the way this concept is complicated may make many users not to use it. I mean think about it. This feature allows you to separate site in different containers and resume your browsing. It’s like similar to the tabs group but containers have their own set of the process. You can see that containers are not an easy way to handle the crowd of the tab. But they can get things easily done for you.

Security

Think of secure containers which allow you to browse securely for the shopping and other things. This may not be so easy. But given enough time, you can get hold of it. I have found that there are some nice secure featurs. You can even use VPN and other security cover for the container. And that may also help you with the content. So this can be a good option if you are looking at it from the security perspective. You can also login different accounts from same browser with different container. This way you can establish yourselves. I think this security aspect is what I’d use this browser container.

Ready yet?

I think the beta release was successful and so the browser containers are there. So you can expect to use them in next release. You can see that there are people who are coming with different use cases. You can see that firefox container may not be for everyone but they will be included into the firefox soon. You can easily use them in right click option too. And they may also soon replace the tab groups. I think they may also include the tab groups into their feature set. But based on what I am seeing these days. I think it’d be safe to say that things are going to be lot easier this way.

So this is a good feature to check out. And you should consider using this as an option.
