Perhaps many people are faced with such days that look gray, hard and boring, when there were nothing good and positive occurred. And if we feel that nothing good happened, that during the day no progress has been made, what could be done to save your day and still make it positive?
Every day just ask yourself the question what was the most positive event today? I realized just how much power lies in this question as it forces you to think and find something good. I simply write for my blog in the evening, and always find something positive through the day. There are days when it seems like there is no any inspiration or topics to write about, but when I ask myself what was good today, brain automatically starts searching for answers and I can reason in writing. Morales – if you lack inspiration, ask yourself a question.
Even if there is a chaos i your mind – write. Therefore, the placing ideas by writing is much slower way of reasoning than just thinking. Thoughts in your head like a swarm of mosquitoes buzzing around and disturbing, you do not understand how much of them or where they are, and when you try to concentrate your attention, it’s the same as trying to catch a mosquito for the proboscis – you can wave hands as you want, but the buzz does not stop. With the writing everything is otherwise. Everything is going much slower than in the mind, also you cannot afford the blurry images, you must formulate meaningful sentences. While writing, it is easier to make decisions, choose one of several alternatives or summarize something.
It seems that it is easy, just took and write down the most positive and the most inspired thing that happened this day. However, from time to time, secretly and suddenly come such days that seem bleak and gray. At such times comes the realization that you cannot every day to climb the mountain or ride 100 km with the bike. There are some days that are not wow. But such day also has a most positive event; just a positivity rate is slightly lower.
These days teaching us to enjoy the small things, such as the snow outside the window, daily lunch with the colleague, heard a good word, a piece of chocolate before going to write. Sometimes we have to rummage in memory throughout the day from morning to evening to dig up any kind of detail that would give a little rosy color for the gray day. And I always succeed to find something positive; there was no way that would not be a positive event.
Now I am better positivity expert who can see something positive in any time interval. I am a better specialist of development and implementation of positive events to myself and others. I understand more about positivity, because I’ve seen it at different angles. Until then, I was only an optimist-lover.
And now I can refute one myth. A positive approach to life itself does not bring happiness. It only facilitates the movement toward the joy of life.
