Fear is like a beast concealed within us.

Fear is like enough subtle rodent residing within us. Do not confuse it with fear, experienced when you face the beast, or other hazards. I am talking about the fear that you feel, suppress in yourself and try to conceal. And you do not need to search the food for this feeling. It accompanies you everyday life when you are looking at modern television, reading out loud crying negative headlines or directly encounter other people’s negative emotions. It poisons the heart.

The most common fear is to lose loved ones. The threat that it might happen something bad with them also raises the fear. We fear potentially inundated disasters when we watching negative events on TV or hear from the surroundings that someone got sick and we fear the same for ourselves. We fear that our dreamed success will necessarily accompany failure. We constantly hear people repeating, that you can always succeed, that life has both a white and a black side. We fear humiliation, insult, criticism, and disrespectful behavior, dismissal from the work or other unexpected developments. We fear to stay alone. Particularly worry that a loved one can leave.

This list can go on and on. I notice that most often fears rodent is gnawing the main spheres that affect human happiness. It unintentionally threads into the areas of life, career and self-realization. But often we forget that it is we have created it by our behavior and thinking where we are now. Our mind creates our outer world. So it is worth thinking about our thoughts content.

Inner fear opens the door to stagnation. This status will not bring us anything good, but only give an incentive to even greater fears. And then we stop to control our lives, desires, and goals. Not realize anymore what, when we want and how we want. It is easy to surrender to external factors manipulation, and they unfortunately, are mostly negative.
