How to face the world in adverse situation

We have heard that that anything that exercises our brain and keeps the grey cells active is the best way that helps you live a longer life. And reading is one good way of exercising your brain but mined you it is not just reading, but learning something new, such as a language or a new craft or creative activity, gardening etc. will help you live longer. It again depends on individual choice and preference. However, reading is the major factor concerned with activating your mind.

As we all know and believe that there is no point in living longer life if we have health related issues that spoil our life otherwise. Maybe we are unable to cope with the things or not all our facilities are working properly for us. But you will have to agree that as long as you’re mentality fit, alert and able to get the points through different methods including exchange of ideas and knowledge you remain fit and enjoy your social life. It is important to remain physically as well as mentally fit.

Your health should not disturb your mindset

Your health is one of the major factors that matters in life. I have seen certain people who feel disappointed once they come across health related problems but I have different feelings in this matter and I sincerely feel that you should suffer from any type of complex but keep trying better your health physically as well mentally and you will see the changes happening in your life.

Don’t give up but feel that you are one of those privileged ones who is able do his duty in his life and complete all other tasks necessary to live successfully in life. May you are engaged in your own Business and also participating actively in other related activities despite your poor health but if you keep your mindset positive you will find everything working fine despite your bad physical health.

How strong you are?

I always consider a person really brave and see no problem in him if he is not whining about our drawbacks often but carrying out his duties undaunted despite facing all the problems. Here is an example quoted that will let you face the problems with little bit more courageously.  I personally know a handicapped who is suffering from so many problems including heart related problems after an attack of paralyses that numb his right side almost 80% and he cannot move on his own.

The fellow I am talking about was not a wealthy one but he started a business with the help of his brother borrowing from a bank and managed it so well that now he is considered a successful businessman in his area worth multimillion of Rupees. He is now looking after number of people suffering from paralysis through his own charitable trust set for this particular purpose by the help of a NGO.

He doesn’t like people calling him a disabled person but moves freely wherever he can on his motorized wheelchair. In fact, nobody is perfect even the ones who have no health problems or mentally restarted but everyone suffers from some or the other problems in their life. But the best thing one can do is to try their best and stand firm as there is no other way. Looking down at you in such situation is no solution but it will only create even worse situation. So stand straight and face the world, the world is looking at you.
