DEATH CAN BE SO CRUEL

In life it is inevitable that we will all die at some point in our lives, even though it may be so hard to cope with the loss, we have no choice really but accept it as it is.

I just lost my auntie because of diabetes just the other day, she was a very good person no one thought that this would befall her so soon, she has been battling with diabetes for some time now, and her leg go so bad that they had to have it amputated, and it is at that time that her blood sugar went very low and i think because of that she just couldn’t bear the thought of leaving with one leg.

Frustration took over her and she finally succumbed to death later in the day. so i say death can be so cruel given that the doctors checked and said she was stable then before long we get the news that she is gone, so saddening. when we all thought that she will overcome everything at some point and just continue with her life.

I sometimes say that it is better to have someone die because they have been sick for ages and you just feel that it is okay for them to go and rest other than someone dying after a short illness that’s the most painful,. You don’t get to say goodbye the way you would have wanted, or even done something for the person before they passed, it leaves someone with so much guilt thinking that they did not do enough. but all in all things always happen for a reason so complaining or asking questions never really helps.

I sometimes wish that death would give someone a fare warning when it is on its way so that it doesn’t have to be so bad, but again knowing it will scare people causing unrest. so is there any easy way to accept death? i don’t think so it is hard to accept for starters and even harder to live on, but God is a gracious God he is always there to comfort us when such things happens and he also calms our souls and gives us peace that surpasses all understanding.

    • I know where it is coming from. My dad died after he had undergo a heart surgery 2 years ago. We never thought it will happen since the surgery is so successful. It is relative to your aunt's fate. My deepest condolence to you and your family members.

    • Even though we know we all have to die one day we just cannot accept it. Sorry to hear about your Aunt that her diabetes could not be controlled.

    • Death is a bitter fact but it is our body death not of our spirit because human spirit is immortal in heaven and on earth. Physically we die but spiritually we are live in heaven,Disease or accident are the causes of death actually men die on the fixed time written since our birth in the book of life.

It is a fact that Human beings are totally powerless to prevent or overcome death. Our mightiest efforts to defend ourselves from the grave ultimately end in failure. Everyone dies. We can be thankful, however, that not everyone is as powerless over death as we are!

It is logical to assume that the source of all life would also hold the keys to death. Additionally, that source would explain the whole thing to us so we can take advantage of the solution to death if we so choose. We hope that when you understand the nature of death, you’ll see the beauty and logic of the plan to overcome it.

Death is the cessation of the connection between our mind and our body. When human that lives in heart leaves us we die.
