How to Deal With Racism and Discrimination

Racism is no thing of the past. Racism is alive and well. Unfortunately there’s a certain group that believe the world belongs to just that specific race. Impossible. God didn’t create one race. If He wanted one race then that’s what the Living God would’ve created. Sometimes people are set in their ways and will never accept the fact that their race can not take over the world. Looking around and we’ll notice that we all live in a diversified world. Too bad that some are irritated about the fact. Doesn’t matter because the world will continue to be diversified. It’s difficult to imagine how Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. dealt with the racism. Trying to constantly battle with the ignorance day in and day out.

Imagine being targeted because a certain group wants things their way. Just meditating will transform the mind from thinking negatively. If one isn’t careful, the hate that racist spill out can rub off, so there’s a constant need to reflect. Anyone who has been discriminated against knows what the discrimination feels like. To have messages and be harassed because of some spoiled group of people. There comes a time when one take appropriate action.

Dealing with the most hateful people on the planet. It takes courage and strength to deal with such people. Just watching videos from the 50’s and 60’s and seeing how the marches for racial equality was filled with unity and wanting to solve the disconnection of “the people.” No matter how many racist, discriminating individuals there are, the race that wants things their way will never have things their way. Diversity has a larger population. Minorities have every right to build up and expand. Minorities are still dealing with the harsh reality of racism. Even with discrimination. We’re able to “prosper.”

No amount of hate can stop those who are ‘determined” to take part in greatness. Those who refuse to unify aren’t hurting minorities they’re not thinking on a level of economics. In most cases it’s the minorities who will have to assist those who are filled with a racism mindset. Unfortunately there’s certain groups that may not want to unify. We all know the truth. Rising up is the best way to battle discrimination. Not accepting the hate and not accepting the intimidation.

Sometimes people become fearful of certain groups rising and they’ll use certain tactics to prevent a rise. There will be distractions and smoke screens so that a “purpose” is fulfilled. Remembering the stories told by the elders about what they’ve faced. The thoughts of being treated in such an inhumane way is hard to swallow. Anyone claiming not racism isn’t upsetting may not be telling the truth. Racism is very upsetting but racism can not hinder. We have to find a way to deal with such a irritating problem. We can’t change mindsets but we can blossom to create a better society. Those who don’t want to unify has a choice not to do so but their mindset can leave those individuals behind while others rise up.

Even hindering someone’s right to make money can’t stop an advocate or an individual who is fed up with racism and discrimination. When people do hateful things to others. Their actions will not go unnoticed. Although we may become upset about how we’re treated. Still we shall rise. So many minorities are already in good positions and are prospering more and more. The more we’re attacked the more “We Must Rise.” Never allow anyone to make us feel as if we’re not important because we are. We have rights and if they’re violated then we must speak up. There’s ways of letting people know that we will not tolerate the discrimination. Coming together will let the other group know that we mean business. Things will be better for us. There will be changes whether others agree or not.

It’s hard to assist a group of people who won’t stop with the hate. Sometimes it’s more of trying to annoy a person or persons into helping. To be frank who wants to help a group of people that continue to spill their nonsense all about? If anything the behavior will make a person to want to assist those who appreciate the help. Sometimes we have to know when to leave an environment. If another environment offers “peace and prosperity” then it may be wise to spend time in those environments because no one has to accept being treated unfairly. Expected to be somewhat of a slave. Slavery is over and we’re in better positions now to “elevate.”

Sometimes calling those who believe in advocacy in or out in order to generate stability is necessary. Speaking with other leaders about making things better is necessary. Moving forward and refusing to go backwards. Elevation can’t occur in an unstable environment.  Moving to an environment that understand the importance of unity is a better one. If a certain group refuses to be reasonable then moving forward is best.

    • racsim happens everywhere, not only in america but asian countries too.
The problem is the government, the prime minister who are in favor of this unfairness that had caused the public to be like this.

    • Racism might still be present up to this day but the development of erasing this have been in good rating. Unlike before, people have the voice now.

    • Racism is the "Hatred" of one person by another, based on the belief that that person is inferior because of their skin color, language, customs, place of birth, or other similar traits.Racism has existed throughout human history, often providing justification for one group's dominance over another.

Most people, even if they do not approve of overt racism, nonetheless have some kind of prejudice against another group of people, and these prejudices can lead to hurt, anger, and even violence at both the personal and societal levels. Overcoming your own racism requires a personal long journey,

I think we must take these steps to stop racism all over the world as
Self-assess. An important first step in your personal journey to overcome racial prejudice is to take stock of yourself. ...
      Research the topic. ...
      Stop using racial slurs. ...
      Avoid cultural appropriation. ...
Be vigilant about systemic and invisible racism. ...
      Engage in mental exercises.
Racism is nothing but hallucination of mind and springs from jealousy and reed springs from evil past and inferiority complex and nothing else as I have studied.

We've all been there. You see or hear something racist and you want to say or do something but you're not sure how to go about it.

It takes guts to stand up to racism – but you should never put your physical safety at risk. There are plenty of things you can do to make a difference that don't involve confrontation.
