When people bully others it usually stems from insecurities. They may not feel comfortable in their own skin or aren’t satisfied with the way things are going on in the world around them. Insecurities can lead to war and destruction. Those who don’t feel secure will demonstrate those securities by taunting and bullying others. Some people may not know the most effective ways to deal with insecure people.
1. Make it be Known Where you Stand
2. Continue to do What Makes you Happy
3. Try to be Cordial.
4. Listen to What They Have to say but you Don’t Have to in Agreement.
5. Project Positivity.
If all else fails. Avoiding may be what’s best because surrounding ourselves around too much negativity can create havoc in our lives. Sometimes people will find ways to try to get others down because they’re feeling that way. We may not be able to help those who suffer from insecurities but we can help ourselves avoid being a victim of insecurity.
Happy people aren’t in the business to put others down and those who are in positions that require them to make important decisions, should display their professionalism, but if they suffer from insecurities then they will have difficulties doing so. Insecurities have caused people to lose hope and it’s caused them to crumble.
Most insecure people will attack others because they feel intimidated in some way. Perhaps they’re not satisfied with the life their living or they may feel underachieved. Just because people are in certain positions that doesn’t mean that they’re secure in their positions. Insecurities are like the plaque. They can materialize over night and run rampant for a very long time.
Not everyone knows just how to deal with those who feel insecure. Sometimes we have to build confidence. If we continue to feed insecurities then they will grow stronger. We have to surround ourselves with those who have no problem uplifting others. Secure and confident people will be happy with seeing others “grow.”
