Blogging on LiteracyBase

When I am working on LiteracyBase, I always prefer to spend time in forums, as there are more interactions and it’s fun to discuss with the friends there. Many people are discouraged by the pay rate of a blog post in LiteracyBase, as I agree that it’s quite low as compared to other writing sites. I used to be discouraged after my first post got approved and when I saw the earning I have got from that post. I thought I might just continue to enjoy myself in the forum. But, I have changed my mind lately after reading a few replies from admin and other members in the forum.

The reasons that made me change my mind are:

1. Blogging is actually the main task in LiteracyBase. There must be a reason for this. I think the site might receive more ad revenue from the blog rather than the forum. In order to help the site to sustain and live long, we need to help the site to earn more, and hence only we will be making money from the site.

2. Though I learn a lot from forums, blogging helps me to improve my writing skill. I will think more properly when I am writing a blog post. Moreover, it helps me to be clearer with the topic I am writing. I might research further and I will certainly learn more about the topic as well. Besides making money, learning is always one of my main reasons to stay with the site.

3. Though the pay rate per blog post might not be attractive, there are actually good earning opportunities for blogging in LiteracyBase as well.

When we share the blog posts to social media sites or other forums, we might get referring visitors. Every referring visitor will help us to earn a little bit. Though it’s not a big amount of money, it’s considered a passive income to me, as the blog post might just keep generating traffic to the site, and we will keep earning from the referring visitors once we shared the posts.

Besides the referring visitors, the most beneficial to us is that we might be able to get some referral signups from our posts as well. We will earn 10% commissions from our referrals’ earning, so this is a pretty good income, and I consider this as passive income too.

We will get comments from visitors or readers. If I am not mistaken, non members can also comment on our blog posts. We will also earn if we reply on the comments, and we can also interact with other people.

4. Support from LiteracyBase mentioned  that the moderators will award extra points to hardworking writers. This is really encouraging, though I am not sure if I will be awarded, it is always good to challenge ourselves to write some good articles. Moreover, I feel good that the admin, support and the team do care about the members. They respond fast to our questions and try to help us and encourage us too.

5. At last, I think it is a good way to promote LiteracyBase.  We can also write more about LiteracyBase, so others will understand the site better. I also always mention LiteracyBase and invite the readers to join us at the end of my blog post, and added my referral link there.

With these several good reasons, I decided to be more active in blogging, though I will still be busy in forums, as I really enjoy the discussions over there. Sometimes it’s good to just challenge our mind to think of a topic to write, and put it down in words.

I am not sure if this will encourage you to write more blog posts, I think you might really need to experience it yourself and decide which path you would prefer to go or how you would do on this site in order to help you better, or make you more comfortable and enjoyable.

      • Thanks for your kind words. This is really encouraging, and I will certainly blog more. :)

      • Thanks! You are one of the people who inspired me to blog more.
Thanks for the inspiration too. :)

    • Once again you have out done yourself and proved what a good writer you are. I think you are right and it is easy to get discouraged. Your post will definitely inspire people to blog more here and to challenge themselves to find ways to earn more from LiteracyBase. Keep up the good work!!!

      • Thank you very much for your encouragement. I actually do not really have confidence with my writing, as I am not a professional writer and I am not really good at English, but I think it's a good opportunity for me to learn and practice, while I can also earn some money, which is really good for me.

I do hope more people will be inspired and have confidence to join the site too.

    • Excellent post! I completely agree with you that there are opportunities to earn more from writing posts as compared to forum comments and replies.

I was looking in my points history, just to get an idea of how the two compare. Some of my forum activity was fairly high earning, but there were lower amounts as well. I compared one of these lower amounts with my highest earning blog post, and I realized the post had paid 30x what the forum reply had!

And of course, that's not including all the small earnings for referring visitors. I consistently earn for that because I've shared my links, even while I'm sleeping or busy on another site. That is true passive earning :)

So it's not all gloom and doom for the posts. We just need to be smart about how we write and what we do once a post is published.

      • Yes, I agree with that. Besides the earnings, it's actually the learning that matters to me most. I will definitely get to learn more from blogging. Though replying in the forums allows me to practice my writing as well, I do not need to plan and think much, but just express myself. While writing in blog, I'd definitely ponder more about the topics, the layout and also the presentation of the posts. It requires more work to write a blog post, but it's definitely worth to learn and improve ourselves.

    • Excellent post!

I think many of us have been standing on the shores, afraid to dip our toes in the waters but you have dived in, tested the waters and also learned to swim with the currents (hehe, it is so hot all I can think of is water!)

But really, this is a lovely, very motivating post and will encourage us to submit blogs here. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I have not seen the post where it is mentioned that the moderators will award extra points to hard-working writers but it sounds great.

      • Thanks for the compliment and I love how you described it. Yes, I guess sometimes I just dare to dive in, as long as I think it's right to do so and I feel like doing so, it doesn't matter to me whether the majority is doing it or not. :P

I think many of us have already received awards from the team by our hard work and quality blogs, this is really encouraging! :)

    • I agree with you on the referred visitors part. It is a good way of earning through our blog posts. In fact, we can earn through sharing others' posts on social media too. Great tips!

      • Thanks. Yes, I think there are so many benefits for us to blog here, so let's not discouraged by the low pay rate per post. Sometimes we just need to look beyond or further. Glad to see there are more and more posts on LiteracyBase now. :)

I enjoy sharing the posts and learning how to work with social media sites too. There are really more for us to learn here.

    • Blogging earns more credits or points as far as LiteracyBase blog post is concerned. The blog goes and revolves around the cyber world. It attracts readers, visitors, and even followers. In short, it attracts traffic. The more traffic it gets, the more chances that the ads are viewed and even be clicked and visited. That spells income, earning to the LiteracyBase.

In return, LIteracyBase is giving more credits or earnings to the blogger than compare it with reacting, commenting to forums which receive minimal credits. Besides, blog guarantees quality, well-written article based on the subject or topic the writer has the knowledge about. Though it is tiresome compared to a forum which could be written in a phrase, a sentence or two.

      • Yes, I totally agree with you. That's why I think we should also write blog posts, that's good for the site, and good for us too. But I will still participate in forums, as I really enjoy interacting with others, and learn from others too.

    • Yes, I agree with you that we should write daily ten blog posts to earn enough daily and along with it we must write the answers to the questions that people make on LB. I think commenting on the post is also helpful to earn money.

But I could not understand sometimes I earn 200 and sometimes I earn 100 making comments on the post I think there is no fixed policy of LB for earning reward for writing.

Sometime I write Title and its detail but does not given its reward I wonder why? But writing blog posts is better than writing any other things.

    • Yes we all must help LB site keeping in mind its earning for the LB and thus we shall get our money soon. Blogging is one of the most important tasks on LB for earning and fame purpose. Topic discussed among friends but the a good post read by all persons of other site.

To enhance the grace and standard of LB I will start writing Cricket Predictions on LB I will start from Big Bash League 2016 that will start on 17 Dec 2016.

I am the giant of cricket prediction i have made countless prediction on all event of T20 and One Days. I am the only person in the world of cricket prediction that makes 0 percent accurate all cricket matches prediction.

Now I will tell my followers to follow me on Literacy Base site it will increase it readers and thus this site will be popular among the whole world people within days.

    • Good job with the post.

I actually find the pay quite attractive compared to other sites i have been on. To me it makes me want to write here more than the others sites i have been of for years.

Altough i am a newbie (started today) i am liking how things work around here.

The only thing i need to start doing now is the main goal of the site. Writing blogs. I have a few ideas but i need some more time to write them without being interupted.
